The technician told me in advsnce that he would not be able to remnove all the stain, but he did much better than he had anticipated

The guy who came had worked there for about twenty years. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to help me with a lot of problems I had. He left me with spot removal for the future. He gave really good advice and did not try to up sell me. It was straight forward and quick. He came on time and the prices were good. It was a good value and I would definitely recommend their services.

Excellent job! Jayson came in and greeted us professionally and asked the right questions about our needs. Great client communication - Jayson asked the right questions (the other company we used in the past didn't) about what we wanted. He made sure that he started in the room we slept it, so it will be dry that night. Very personable and likeable guy - look we already knew him! My family and I felt very comfortable and trusted him to perfom the job and lock up the house (while we were gone). You don't just do that to anyone you met for the first time! I would definitely recommend D.A. Burns and easily contact them for another appointment!

The cleaned all the carpets in the house. They scheduled the work to accommodate my schedule. They showed up on time and went to work. I moved most of the furniture but they helped with some of the large pieces. They had corner guards to make sure the hoses didn't rub against walls. They also had some fans to get certain areas to dry fast. I have used them before and they came with a work order from last time. This helped them to quickly estimate square footage of the area to be cleaned. The technician was courteous, professional and competent. He set clear expectations of what spots he could get out and which ones he couldn't. He also didn't get the carpets overly wet.

Jim did a great job, and he also recommended I NOT clean the off white linen couch! Apparently linen can only be cleaned using dry cleaning chemicals. Jim had the chemicals available but said most of the soiling would remain and I would not be happy with the results. I would use D A Burns again because: 1. Jim did a great job 2. Jim suggested I not move forward with a service because I would be not be pleased with the results (dollars out of his pocket.

Excellent experience. Staff is very professional, helpful and informative. They did an excellent job cleaning our area rug for a very reasonable price. I would most definitely use them again.

They'll return them next week. They're picking up more items at another property today. They really went above & beyond for me. I didn't have time to move some furniture before they got here & they helped move some items to make it easy to take the rugs away. They were clean, efficient & got in and out right away. It was a good experience.

Renters in house stained carpet throughout house. DA Burns got most of the spots out but stains started to wick back up. Will need to have them come back out and redo.

I couldn't believe how wonderfully he had restored the silk carpet. It was an incredible job. I was flabbergasted. They managed to get the filthy residue off the silk. I was very happy with the job they did. All of the carpets came out just great. I now live over a 100 miles from them and I would drive that far just to have them clean my carpets!

We had a beautiful wool dining room area rug that had been custom made 32 years ago (pieced together in a design and then hand-stitched and glued). Over the last four years the rug had been urinated on by two little dogs we were fostering. It was not apparent at first and we thought we had cleaned up all spots and done adequate home-cleaning for the rug. When we were remodeling, we decided to have the rug sent out to be cleaned. The crew that came to get it was very polite and arrived when they said they would and called first etc. They suggested we have the rug deodorized too. We had also arranged previously to have DA Burns provide us with a new carpet pad. The company kept the rug for us while we were completing our remodel. When they delivered it, the rug was clean and beautiful. It smelled wonderful. The pad they delivered was perfect, just the right size and type that we had requested.We will use them again. Great service.

They are always prompt getting back to you with estimate and friendly both on the phone and in person. Also, they take the time to explain your options and go over any decisions with you without any pressure. I so appreciate that in a company.

They cleaned the carpets, stairs and hallway in my home. Due to the amount of carpet I had cleaned I paid the minimum charge.

They were outstanding. We had some things that needed special attention and they did an excellent job on those. The quality of service was very good and they were on time. We will use DA Burns again.

We haven't seen anything yet, but so far it looks good. They are very curious and professional. They do rug cleaning for Bill Allen and Bill Gates. I don't know if that's the truth or not but that's what they told me. They seem to have a good operation.

D.A. Burns workers were efficient, very careful when moving furniture, pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. We have used them regularly over the years and will certainly continue to do so.

DA Burns, from the moment I contacted them online to me picking up NEW LOOKING and smelling rugs, was amazing! Very professional and nice, went out of their way to explain everything, and even gave me a discount on everything! Helped me out with deciding on the rug mats to go underneath, and once I had dropped the rugs off and went home I called them to add an extra rug mat to be cut for my small rug at home. They remembered me, added it to the bill and gave me the discount on that as well! The price was very reasonable for the quality of work done, and the rug mats were really thick and high quality. I would highly recommend this company, and have no reason to go anywhere else if I need carpet or rug cleaning again!

The cleaning went extremely well. They showed up on time and, based on measurements, delivered quotes that were reasonably close (somewhat lower) than the sight-unseen verbal estimates provided over the phone. They had a pretty good idea ahead of time which stains would come out, and they were able to remove most of the stains that they encountered. Cleaning went smoothly and quickly, they were careful to protect railings and baseboards from marking by the hoses, and kept the tile and hardwood floors clear of steam blowby and dirt. The carpets were completely dry in less than 24 hours and they look fantastic. There was a discrepancy in the bill for one house, and it was dealt with quickly and effectively when I pointed it out. Overall, an excellent experience.

They were good. They did a great job and the price is not expensive, or less, but average. They do excellent work and are timely. They also do upholstery repairing, which they haven’t done for me and I have no stains on my carpet. I will use them again in the future.

They are very skilled and cleaned he blood stains as well. I had some bad experiences with other carpet cleaners and D A Burns were able to get stuff out which others couldn’t. They may be a little expensive, but in comparison to the quality I am very happy with the price also. They also get the water out of the carpet soon, so the carpet is always dry within 24 hours. I will use them again in the future.

Ours are hand knotted wool carpets and they need special care. It is less expensive if you bring them in yourself. They use non toxic products and no chemicals in their cleaning solutions.

D. A. Burns and Sons is my first choice for my home and rental house for about 5 years now. They've cleaned carpets, upholstery, and oriental rugs. The quality and service are both excellent, and they stand behind their work. I do feel that the servicemen are a little less thorough in my rental house than in my own home. Happily, the one time I expressed concern about stains that were left in the rental home, DA Burns sent someone out to remedy the situation.

I had my mother's oriental carpet, and they got them all cleaned nicely. They seemed to genuinely be happy to get my business, very refreshing. They did a great job considering the size and age of these rugs, excellent work, and I'd definitely use them again.

I like them, I don't have any dislikes.
