Alex was right on-time, knew what he was doing and cared about the results. I would absolutely hire DA Burns again.

I didn't know that D.A. Burns did this kind of work. We've had them clean other things, mostly furniture. They did an outstanding job on our fairly large master bathroom to prepare our house for sale. They must have sent their top performer: he was exceptionally conscientious and thorough. He cleaned everything from top to bottom and recaulked where necessary. He cleaned areas that we had been fighting for years. It was not the low bid for this work, but well worth it.

Outstanding service and superb cleaning! On site workers that cleaned furniture and wall to wall carpets were efficient, expert and easy to work with. They were timely and their cleaning services were outstanding. Area rugs were removed and returned easily and on time, and when returned were in superb condition. Highly recommend their services! I will definitely use them again.

We've used DA Burns in the past and have no complaints. They are professional and do a great job. They even removed some tough stains that we weren't sure would come out.

It was easy to make appointment They came on time A pleasant gentleman. Quiet and quick work The carpet was hardly wet when he finished (does that mean a good job?) There were no huge stains to work on. The stairway was left with dark edges. I called the company to come back and they cleaned the stairs again. These dark edges are typical for older carpets and can't be removed

It took about 2 weeks, there were several large stains that came out completely. They were professional and easy to work with.

After trying a number of others we really stuck with them. We have been very satisfied. They do a good job. They leave us with three bottles of an excellent spot remover.

It seems like there are spots that just never comes out and I never know whether it's because of the spot are whether it's because they aren't zero in on.

We took our Persian rug into be cleaned. Our small dog had marked it in a couple of places. When we took the rug in it had a spot where the dyes had bled, small spot, from the past. When I went in to drop off the rug I was upsold a "Deodorizing" procedure to help the rug resist stains. I picked up my rug a few weeks later and when I got it home and rolled it out we saw a large area of the rug where the dyes had bled. (different area then the small one mentioned above.) We were horrifed at the size and how bad it looked. I called and they said they would come pick it up and try to fix it. They admitted that when they submersed the rug in the "deodorizing" they saw the dyes start to bleed but ignored it becasue we already had a smaller bleed on the rug. They also admitted they should have called and told us about it instead of us finding out when we rolled it out. When it was picked up one of the delivery men said this "deodorizing" process can cause this when there is a pet stain. No one told us this when we were "upsold" the process or we would have declined it. They offered our money back on the cleaning, which told me that they knew they blew it big time. I got a call a few days later saying they worked on the bleed and it looked better but was still there. I told them they needed to make this right as it was right in the middle of our 6000$ rug. They said they would email me pictures of it and then we could talk. 1 week later I had not recieved any pictures but got a letter in the mail with our cleaning fee refunded and their claim that the bleed was our fault due to the original stain and they had not responsibility. I was shocked. I called and they said it was clear in the letter it was all our fault. I told them this is a word of mouth buisness and I had a lot of friends who have persian rugs that I could not honestly recommend them. I was accused of trying to bribe them for a new rug, (I never asked for a new rug) and extortion. I will NEVER use or recommend them again.

The technician was prompt and professional. It took about 2 hours to complete the job and the furniture looked fantastic. One chair had a suspected ink blotch on it which was difficult to remove. After some discussion with owner Mike Hiatt, it was decided that they would take the piece back to their warehouse to work on it at their expense. The piece was returned 2 days later and it looks wonderful. I really appreciated Mr. Hiatt's follow-through and most certainly will use DA Burns again for my upholstery cleaning.

They called the morning before coming to check with us on the expectations. They did exactly what was promised, on time and under estimate. They did a great job with all the areas we needed cleaned, and were good with our dog. They even did an extra entry carpet that needed help! I will definately be calling them back next time.

The quality of the service was very good. They explained what needed to be fixed, and alternatives and costs prior to doing the work.

We went to their remarkable headquarters and were very impressed with the people, the equipment, and then the quality of the final product. They clearly have services (such as reweaving) beyond what we needed, and we would trust them for these as well.

I like that they do a wonderful job, have a great price, and are accommodating. The carpets always come back clean. I would tell friends and family that they will get good work.

They're coming in another week to do more work. I've always been happy with their work. They're very neat and thorough. They're also very professional. They also do a good job. They're also punctual. They go the extra yard.

Excellent service. First time customer and they took me through their facility showing how the rugs would be cleaned (extremely thorough processes), answered all my questions. There was no rush, took as much time as we needed, VERY personal service. Rugs were delivered and they look great. I have returned and given them a couple more rugs to clean. I recommend!

The appointment was given an 2 hour window, and I asked if they could call me to zero it in further on that day, as I had to arrive from work and didn't want to wait around too long. Not only did he do that but he had a cancellation and was able to move the appointment up earlier, which worked great for me. The communication was first rate on the day of the appointment and as I arrived home, I saw he was already there waiting in his truck! He was very at ease with our excited LARGE puppy and had no problem working and coming in and out without leaving doors open and arousing the dog ;-) He first gave me an estimate of the area to clean and the cost as we went over the locations so there would be no surprises. He worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job much faster than I expected and did a fantastic job. The smallest area which also happened to be the freshest stain he was unable to get out, and explained to me why, but nevertheless this was the only area that I marked down because of this failure. I realize not everyone can work miracles and if it wasn't for this one little area I wouldn't hesitate to give him a resounding "A" for quality. The other areas were very well cleaned and environmentally friendly solutions were appreciated. The smell was not bad at all as it was drying. Very reputable, professional and highly recommended contractor, and I will use them again as needed, for sure!
