Description of Work: The technician adjusted his schedule to meet mine which I really appreciated. They cleaned our living room which after a kitchen remodel was very dirty. In the future I would shave them do more rooms at the same time because of their up front charge. My carpet looks like new. I am very happy.

Description of Work: Arrived late - was told 500 sq ft for $150 when I called ...the driver said it is "more like 400 sq ft" - was told on the phone the cost of moving furniture is included....driver said I would lose 25% discount - website indicates they will vacuum first....driver did not - website indicates they would pre-treat stains...driver did not - had to ask him multiple times to go back over areas - he did and they are still not clean. This is all in a no shoes, three year old high end carpet. Ridulous!

Description of Work: DA Burns was used to do a complete carpet steam clean for our 1800 sq. foot of white carpeting. This was a large task that involved moving furniture and doing significant stain removal as well as Pet yuckiness from the prior owner of this home we purchased. They were recommended by my real estate agent and we were very happy with their work and ease of doing business. They came on time, called in advance and were very professional. House was back to normal in 1 day after carpet dried and made the house smell and look good.
