They surged come carpet remnants for me. They also cut some carpet into a heart shape for my daughters room and surged that as well.

All stains but hair dye & bleach were removed. System was efficient and relatively quiet.

Everything went very well, I called them and spoke with one of the sales reps to set up an appointment. They came out quickly to bid the job, which was very reasonable, then we scheduled a time for the cleaning. The guy that did the work was very responsible and punctual, early in fact.

The rugs were cleaned to almost new quality and all spots were removed. I was able to save 20% by dropping them off and picking them up and it took only one week for the cleaning to be completed.

Because of the unique layout in our complex, Ron had to jump through a few hoops to get his equipment into our unit. He performed the excellent work quickly. He provided us with some tips for keeping the rugs clean. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost. An excellent experience.

I requested an estimate via the Angies List web site. They contacted us immediately and scheduled an appointment. The estimate was reasonable, so we asked for an appointment Thanksgiving week when someone would be home. Again, no problem. The morning of the appointment they called and gave me a two-hour window as to their arrival; they came right at the beginning. The job was done quickly and thoroughly - pet stains etc. are all gone! He was very efficient and neat and took great care. I felt like he treated my house like he would treat his own. He was very polite and considerate. I highly recommend this company.

They were very easy to work with when I scheduled the appointment. The man who did the cleaning was friendly and did an excellent job. My carpet was very dirty and looked great afterwards. I have used this company before and always been very happy.

It went great. They arrived on time, finished promptly, did an excellent job, and then the carpet was dry by the time I got home that evening. I was not able to be there, so left the key with the neighbor, so I especially appreciate the good job. I had not asked in advance the price of cleaning the chairs/upholstery and was a bit surprised at the expense, but it was my responsibility to ask in advance.

Mike called 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment (as I was told he would) to confirm my 8:30 a.m. appointment and to get additional information. He was on time, very pleasant and professional. He completed the cleaning in the time I was quoted, when I initially made my appointment. He gave me a reasonably priced quote, before beginning the job.

The tech was on time. I was given a two hour window and he arrived at the first hour. Stairs were checked out and he began work. Stairs are MUCH cleaner. I had some concern when they dried. There is some residual dirt that shows up in the dry pattern. The stairs were pretty dirty, so this may be expected.

Our cleaner was Marvin and he did an excellent job, even cleaning an extra room at my last-minute request on a day when I know he was busy. Our new house had a prominent pet odor that we were trying to get rid of and he did some extra deodorizing to try and get it out (no extra charge). I wouldnt say the odor is totally gone (he warned us beforehand that it would be very hard to eradicate it completely) but theres a huge improvement and the carpets look great-- better than I expected given the years of wear they showed before. Marvin was on time, very professional, worked quickly and was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the courteous sales rep on the phone who coordinated the pick-up and delivery. When the two men came to pick up and deliver the carpet, they were friendly and thorough. The carpet cleaning was done well and I am very pleased with the ease of the procedure.

There is nobody better, as far as i'm concerned. They are very professional and respectful of your home while cleaning, they are very trustworthy. They also stick true to their estimates.

Ken was punctual, polite and knowledgeable about his work. He took time to explain the process, drying procedure and likely results. He did an effective job bringing two dirty, 30-year-old chairs back to life (and they smell good, too). The office quoted a cheaper price (about $20 per item less) than what it cost, but this error was explained and dealt with before he began work.

Dustin Latham was the DA Burns representative that cleaned my condo's carpets. He turned out to be the consummate professional in customer relations and the consummate craftsman in the techniques of carpet cleaning, untwisting, and spot removal. I had an erratic schedule and had to reschedule the appointment 3 times. Dustin and his company were very positive and affirmative about that. They had given me an estimate that made good sense after a great conversation about my needs on the phone. They had made an appointment, and they were committed to getting my rugs cleaned on my schedule as best they could. Their website was worth reading in full, and so I knew how they operated, so that when I had questions when Dustin came to my condo, I was able to get them answered quickly. He was positive, cheerful, competent, and fun to have around. He was very helpful in pointing out things I did not know. Dustin and DA Burns, do top notch, quality work with joy. Bravo!

The DA Burns rep, Dan, was knowledgeable and professional. While cleaning the carpets, his truck-powered machine broke down. He left two messages on my home and cell phone to notify me that he would return within the next two days to get the job done. A representative from DA Burns called to confirm, and the job was completed as promised. I wouldnt use any other company in the area. Great job!

They were very professional, courteous, and punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They've been around for 70 years and their reputation is well deserved. They are the best in my book.
