Things went fine. He showed up on time and did a great job. He even got the carpet on the steps in to my garage cleaned (seriously dirty and stained). They may not be the cheapest but I thought the price was fine. Basically you get what you pay for and I paid for a great job. I chose these guys because a number of reviews mentioned how they got the stains out of their carpet, which they did on mine as well.

Dustin did a fantastic job. The carpets were spotless and much cleaner and brighter looking than when we moved in (and the prior tenants had them cleaned). He did a fantastic job, stuck to the estimate that was quoted to us, and was very warm and friendly. He did the whole job in less than 1/2 hour and the carpet was dry by the next morning, so the technique was excellent. He actually said that they'd be dry in 6 hours, but I didn't check until the next morning. Many places require 24 hours. Dustin called me in the morning to give me a 2 hour time range and called me again when he was near my home. Great customer service.

The process was great. The guy was quick, respectful of my furniture and walls and was very professional. He pointed out a few spots he wasn't sure he could get out, which he didn't. Overall I was very satisfied with the work at the time. Looked great. However, as early as a week later, spots began reappearing (primarily pets stains). Now a month plus later, the carpets look about the same.

Great job! Called in the morning, delivered in the afternoon, and had it back a week later. They gave me a complimentary bottle of spot remover, and loaded the rug back into my car.

Showed up in the time slot they said they would show up, walked around downstairs, gave me an estimate which was far lower than I thought it would be, then proceeded to clean the hell out of the carpets downstairs. Took all of 45 minutes. Fabulous job. The only downside was that the guy didn't have any business cards w/ him, and I work for real estate company, would've been a great resource for our clients!

I must say the results far exceeded my expectations. The two men that showed up did an excellent job. The price was beyond reasonable compared to what we've been paying the other well known company. I will definitely call them again for repeat service and highly recommend them to others. You can't go wrong with this company.

They do everything including repairs. The designers use them as they are so good. The cleaners arrived on time and were very pleasant. Throughout the entire process, their communication is wonderful. They contact me to ask how I want to handle issues that come up such as the repairs needed. I would recommend to anybody as I am overly pleased with them.

Even though he told us in advance he might not be able to remove it all, he did a pretty good job. He was on time and explained the process he uses to clean the carpet out. I would highly recommend him to others.

This is a top drawer company, they do a very thorough job and the carpets end up looking great. I am glad I had them come out since it made such a difference in how our house looks to have the carpets looking like new.

D.A. Burns is great. They are very good at what they do. They are convenient, reliable, and the rugs come out fantastic. They offer and do nothing but the best work in this entire area. I would highly recommend them.

I dropped it off and it was ready in about a week. It was cleaned very well.

The rugs were evaluated, questions asked as to whether there were any special problems. Other services were offered but not pressed when I declined them. They were happy to load and unload them from the car for me.

Called prior to arriving. Arrived on time. I am very satisfied with the work performed. The carpet seemed to be wetter than what I remember from before but with the hot weather, it dried in 2-3 days. The price I paid included the 15% discount.

Jason called to say he would be by between 1:30 and 3:30. He was here at 1:45. He was courteous and professional. Provided an estimate, and completed the work by 3:15 PM. The carpet was back to the original off white color. All traffic stains removed. Looks brand new. I had another company that specialized in a no residue technique last year and was marginally impressed by the outcome. The carpets prceeded to get dirty fairly quickly over the following year and we do not use shoes in the house. I was going to just pay the $3000 for new carpet but thought I'd try D A Burns since their reputation is stellar. I am so glad I did because now I can use that $2200 I saved for something fun! The carpet is cleaner than after the previous job. I highly recommend DA Burns if you want your carpets truly cleaned and not simply moistened. Also, they were cheaper.

The representative was very courteous and respectful of me and my home. Excellent service.

They did a great job. Got up dog (barf) stains and put a Teflon coat on the carpet that seems to be helping us get up new (yes, dog barf) stains.

Called made appointment for day requested within 7 days of requested date. Was told he would call the day of cleaning and give time. He called at 7am. He showed up at the estimated arrival time. Explained that the entry way may not come entirely clean because so dirty and worn. But it came out surprisingly well.

When Marvin arrived at my house, he came in and helped me move some of the furniture (which we had already discussed over the phone because he was arriving earlier than was scheduled). He cleaned the carpets very thoroughly and paid special attention to some spots that were on the carpet as well as using a special solution in the corner (as mentioned above). He also mentioned how much he liked working for the DA Burns Company and really seemed to take pride in his work. I have used this company in the past and have always been very happy with their service.

There were some spots that didn't come out during the initial clean, DA Burns returned without an additional charge and cleaned the whole thing. Their prices were competitive.
