Very well. The cleaner was very knowledgeable and offered us lots of advice on carpet maintenance, stain removal, etc.

We have used them for years. I think they were very punctual. The man who did the cleaning was very knowledgeable. He even did extra cleaning to help me out when he saw there was something tracked in on accident. They were very nice, and I was pleased with the work. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

They are very professional. I really like their work and how my carpets look so they do such a fantastic job. They treat me very respectfully and kindly.

The technician showed up on time, did professional work, and left no mess after work was complete. I was under the impression that I was going to get a discount for being an Angie's List subscriber, but the tech called his supervisor and was told that they don't offer any such discount.

They were very professional, they did a really good job, the carpets look great. They were really fast and efficient. I would recommend them to others.

Far less then originality estimate and I was extremely please he was right on time he was clean and presentable and he spoke English; I was pleased! He was caring and personable and he made sure he didn't get any slop on the rug.

I have used other companies with varied results. I have used this company for over eight years and always have great results. They have given me dependable advice for my rugs. They arrive when they say they will and get right to work. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Fred and Bud had a little trouble finding my house so they arrived a few minutes late. But they got to work immediately and worked continuously until both houses were done.

I don't remember a lot about it but it was reasonably priced, they came in and performed their duties as requested, we were quite satisfied with their work.

The gentleman called first to let me know he was on his way and arrived exactly as previously scheduled, measured and gave me an estimate that was almost spot on the ballpark I received when I originally called. He was incredibly expeditious, very professional and very patient. He was able to remove nearly every stain, adhesive, candle wax, you name it - this was a really tough case after 6 years of 3 dogs and 2 teenagers. We're readying our home to sell, and the carpeting throughout looked *amazing* after he was done (in just a little over 2 hours, and I no longer have to think about replacing the carpeting before I list. I couldn't be more thrilled, and can't recommend them highly enough! Oh, and a week after the work was done, I received a bottle of spot remover in the mail as a thank you. Very nice. :)

They were timely and easy to get an appointment with. They charged what they quoted and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the work they performed.

They did the upstairs and the staircase because the bottom floor had wood floors.

The technician arrived as scheduled. The tech cleaned the carpets and moved the two beds that were on rollers. The carpet looks great.

My query via email was answered promptly, an appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. Matt phoned the morning of the appointment day as promised and arrived 10 minutes early (but called to make certain that was okay with me!!) The work was completed efficiently and Matt was careful to explain what he was doing and why and what to expect with long-time stains. He was careful to clean up and return the hose, etc. as found.

Very well - they called me at 7:30 in the morning to give an estimated time of arrival and they arrived 10 minutes early.

Called and set up appointment for estimate. Sean was communicative and punctual. He told me exactly what it would take, gave an amount, and scheduled the job on the spot. On the day of the cleaning, Del was there waiting for me. He finished the job in a couple of hours. He moved furniture around himself without an issue. Unable to use a chemical remover on the gum, he still was able to remove it taking the significant extra time and effort with a pressure sprayer. He was extremely friendly and professional throughout.

I wanted to mainly get my family room cleaned. DA Burns had a $110 minimum and one room was way below the price. So I added stairs to it. I expected that it would include landing since it still would have been within their minimum, but Chris didn't bother to do it and I didn't check before he left. I would have liked him to do the landing because my total came $20 below and my landing isn't that big. It is said that you get what you paid for. But in this case, I felt I got less than what I paid for. Next time, if I hire DA Burns again, I will be sure to watch them closely to make sure that I'm getting what I paid for. If you are looking for things to make up for the minimum, think about rugs or door mats, or bathroom mats, etc. I hadn't thought of this when I got the service and Chris who is in the business didn't have any suggestions/ideas either. I ended up overpaying but I'm wiser now.

The whole process was so smooth. The carpet is spotless after the cleaning. The technician was very efficient and it took about one hour to complete the job.

I was very satisfied with the work done. Frederick(?) arrived in the time frame that he said he would, was very polite, and seemed to be very knowledgeable in the area of carpet stains. The work took maybe 15 minutes and I was very pleased with the results. One thing I did want to mention was that when I called to make the appointment a few weeks ago, I had thought that we set the appointment up for 8am. However, on the day of the job, I received a phone call from Frederick saying he would arrive in the afternoon, and that he already had booked a 8am appointment somewhere else. Not sure who's fault that was but luckily I did not have other plans for the afternoon.

At the Bellevue store I was greeted rather rudely by an employee, Gio Leedy. While waiting for assistance at the register, I was standing on a rug when Gio came out from the back part of the store and rudely said, "Get off that rug! That is a very expense rug!' I explained to him that I didn't know and maybe people would not stand on the rug if someone didn't place it there. When I returned to pick up the carpet I explained the scenario to the Bellevue manager. He mentioned he would say something to Gio. Needless to say I will not be returning to D.A. Burns. There is another rug place in Bellevue I will visit.

From the first call to get information to the completion of the job, everyone I spoke with at D.A. Burns was great - responsive, helpful, professional, and proactive! The day before I was scheduled to have the carpet cleaned was a big snow day. I received a call to let me know that they would do their best to be there the next day as scheduled but it would depend on weather conditions (I live on the Sammamish Plateau). How refreshing to have them initiate that call as I had already begun to wonder if they would reschedule. As it turned out, the weather improved and the rep was there right on time. The communication was excellent from beginning to end. The representative (Ron) was very professional and let me know up front about the prospects for the stains. Just an overall superb service experience.

Chris called when I was told he would. He was punctual, professional and very nice. I showed him the areas to be cleaned, he did an estimate (which I was not shown although I did not explicitly ask) and then began work. I was caring for my 14 month old son and was distracted. The carpet cleaning was quick and well done. My only suggestion for better customer service would be: His estimate for the work to be done came out to be less ($94) than their minimum ($110). Had I known that before being presented with the invoice, I might have added another area or area rug. I have no problem with their having a minimum but the employee should show the estimate to the client before performing the work and picking up.

Did a fabulous job. Showed up on time knew and did what they said would.

They came right when they said they would. They take pride in their work. They are an established company that really knows how to clean carpet.

Went without a hitch. I dropped the rugs off to take advantage of their discount for drop-off cleaning; the rugs were cleaned and available on schedule a week later. The results were impressive -- fringes were much whiter than they've been since I inherited the rugs, and the cleaning really made the rugs look more vibrant. Staff at the store was very courteous and helpful, and promptly acknowledged and served customers as they arrived.
