We had quite a few spots, including wine spills and pet stains, and he got them all up.

Great, we had a busy house that day. DA Burns was in & out. It was easy.

They are a solid company. They are very reasonable and professional, and they do a great job.

It was great. We were very happy with them because they showed up when they said they would, the price was reasonable, and they left the carpets very clean.

The cleaner was punctual and very personable and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in 3 bedrooms and 2 area rugs (8 x 10 and 5 x 8) and 18 stairs with one landing. There was another area rug (5 x 8) we wanted them to clean, but as it was hand woven, they could not do it on-site at our house. The cleaner took it back to their facility in Ballard and I picked it up a few days later. The house cleaning was $208 and the hand-woven rug was $120 (included a 20% discount for picking it up from their facility).

I'm sure they do quality work (or I would not have contacted them off of Angie's List), but their estimate was much higher than all the other estimates I got.

We usually get at least 3 bids when we have work done on our house. However, when our carpets need to be cleaned, we use this company because we have always been very satisfied with the quality of work they do. They are always professional, helpful, and do an excellent job.

Called in the AM as planned, arrived on time, got carpets much cleaner than I thought possible. Only downside was that they weren't quite as careful with their hoses as I would have liked (they did a good but not great job of protecting corners and bannisters).

They did a good job especially considering there were a number of pet spots that they had to clean up.

They removed many stains from the carpet that looked permanent. They charged a reasonable price and stuck exactly with the estimate. I had other workers in my home at the time and they were respectful of them too. I would use them again.

Very professional, prompt and courteous service from the initial phone call to the actual work being performed. I was given an estimate of $110 to do the work, and the fellow was able to get out quickly. I was disappointed in the final outcome, but that may be because the carpet was too badly stained by our tenants.

The gentleman giving the estimate and the gentleman who actually cleaned the carpet were great - professional and nice. We have 3 large dogs and the carpet where they lay and track in dirt was pretty filthy. The cleaning actually went very quickly and initially looked good. During the estimate, I was told that the carpet would be dry within 1/2 a day because they extract almost all the water during the cleaning. The carpet actually took approximately 24 hours to dry. Within 3 weeks, however, the carpet looked dirtier than it had when they came - I think too much shampoo was left in the carpet which attracted the dirt.

I had a wool rug from Turkmanestan cleaned. It was pretty dirty because I have pets. I delivered it to their plant and they cleaned it within about a week. I picked it up. I also purchased a very nice rug pad.

They have also cleaned our couches along with having cleaned and repaired area rugs. We have used them for 12 years. They are very professional and the quality of their work is always top notch.

I have been a customer of theirs for many years for both wall-to-wall and oriental rugs, because they have always been good. About two years ago, the person who did the BR was unresponsive to my comments. I said 'there's a mark over there' and he looked and said 'yes' but made no attempt to try again! This happened on a couple of spots. With the stairs, he did a very cursory job and when I asked about it he said I needed new carpet. When I reported this to management they asked if I had noted his name. I hadn't so they couldn't do anything! They didn't have a record!! Then the oriental rug in the DR came back with a NEW and largish brown mark on it. Their attempted solutions prompted me to remove the mark myself, which I was able to do. I searched Angie's List this time for better cleaners and DA Burns looked like the best. So after doing the stairs myself, I booked them to do the BR and told the scheduler my story. So she noted that I wanted an experienced service person this time, and he was VERY good. Keith is his name. I'm still a little nervous about taking my oriental rugs in, but I will try them for that again, but tell them my story first!

Overall they did a good job. It took 45 minutes for one guy to do the three pieces of furniture. My only complaint is that there were still crumbs between the non-removable seat cushions in one of the love-seats, and I had pointed out that I wanted that part of the love-seat cleaned because it's hard for me to get in there with a vacuum. For $100 I would have expected they made sure it was spotless.

My experience with them was great. I was very pleased because they did a good job and they cleaned up afterward. They were punctual and they kept their appointment.

We were happy with the job they did. The price was a little higher than I expected, but still not bad. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

DA Burns was amazingly prompt and efficient, helping us decide between cleaning around furniture or paying for furniture to be moved to clean underneath. It was perfectly effective to just clean around the heavy furniture that doesn't move (beds, etc.). They arrived on time, completed the work within an hour, got most of the old grime out and even almost made the paint spots disappear! We plan to live with this carpet for another several years before we'll be able to replace it, so DA Burns has helped us be much happier with it in the meantime. It looks so much better. They even sent a thank you letter with a bottle of carpet cleaner a week or two later. Terrific service, and friendly people. Also, inexpensive! We were pleasantly surprised by the price.

DA Burns was very professional over the phone and in person. They called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, and the price was right. I had a very good experience with them.

We were to be out of the country while our floors were replaced, which would take nearly a month. DA Burns cheerful guys picked up the rug and took it to their plant for cleaning and binding. When we returned, we called and the rug was delivered, with a new pad, looking like new. They did a fantastic job on this very heavy, light-colored wool rug. We couldn't be more pleased.

Perfect. It was just one person. He was very professional. It took him a couple hours. Very personable. I think I could have found a better deal if I wanted to do more rooms, but for just the wool carpet it is a very good deal.
