They were great. They did high quality job. The individual who came was great and he did a great job. I would highly recommend them to others.

DA Burns came highly recommended. The prices are high. Had to have them come back twice after the intial cleaning as a result of stains that "bled through". They are very professional and did a good job, but I think you can get better value from others.

I am a designer, so I have also recommended them to my clients. They do a good job, are courteous, and the staff is always friendly.

We took in the chair to be cleaned. By taking it in ourselves we saved about half. It was cleaned in the time specified. They couldn't locate the piece or order at first. The piece was cleaned, but still smelled like some pet urine. We had been warned about this, however.

They also took out a couch from my house to their shop to clean it and brought it back five years ago. I would be using them again for one of the rooms in my house. They have been in the business for a while and you would know that they would not be there if they were not good. I also knew a lot of people that has used them and that was how I found them. I paid about $120 for the carpet cleaning which was a little bit more because it was more detailed but I don't remember the exact cost. I did not do a price comparison because I wanted somebody with a reputation behind them so that they could a good thing. They were excellent.

They were very good. Their price was good. They were not the cheapest, but I thought their quality was excellent. I would use them again because they are professional and they know their products well.

The cleaner arrived on time and, after we showed him the articles needing cleaning, he provided an estimate which we approved (although I thought it was a tad high). One of the couches required dry cleaning, which he was able to do using the equipment and chemicals he had with him in the truck. We had just finished a remodel which involved scraping the "popcorn" off the ceilings of the family room and breakfast nook as well as dust from sawing, dry wall sanding and hardwood floor refinishing, so the upholstered furniture definitely needed cleaning. It came out noticeably cleaner and definitely non-dusty.

They did a great job cleaning our carpets, were very professional and knowledgeable about their age and origin. They made necessary repairs and offered, but did not push, additional services. The work was done on time and perfectly and the people were all extremely helpful.

We were moving into a new house and I wanted our rugs cleaned as we moved into our new home. I called for pick. 2 men picked at old home and 3 weeks later, they dropped off in new home. Rugs were clean and great. They offer a discount on cost of cleaning if you drop off and pick up. I have recommended them to friends and would use them again!

Burns is very professional and customer friendly and the rug as usual comes back looking new despite it's many years of enduring dirty paws and shoes. There is never any odor and it feels fresh. I paid $248. for the cleaning, compared to $219 in 2007 but I feel that was within inflation range. I got the Durahold Underlayment pad cut to fit for $202. I've not noticed any slippage with this one.
