Description of Work: We had a very large Karastan carpet that had been in storage for 25 years. We dropped off the carpet at DA Burns and was given an estimate and completion date. Everything went as promised. The carpet was stained and they let us know that they may not be able to remove the stains. The carpet looked nice when they were finished and no, the stains didn't come out.

Description of Work: I took three rugs in to be cleaned. All three were stained, including extensive dog urine 'activity'. I did not expect much, but to my surprise all three carpets cleaned up beautifully - no odor whatsoever. I've since recommended them to several friends.

Description of Work: I had them pick up a carpet I bought from a friend, clean it and deliver it to my house. A few days into the cleaning they called and requested extra time as there was a stain they wanted to work on a bit longer. The rug arrived in a couple more days and looks great.

Description of Work: The company cleaned the only two carpeted rooms in my house. The dog had chewed a box of chocolate jello pudding mix into white carpet. While they were unable to get the stain completely out due to the dyes in the pudding, they got probably 97% of it. They were courteous and on time, and fairly priced. They also didn't try to sell me any extra services, which I appreciated.
