Everything has been perfect. They were very conscientious about the design, and their design services were excellent. They came and met with us, they kept in contact, and they were very accommodating and customer-service friendly when we made some changes. The workers were very neat, clean, and professional. Their work is tidy and of very high quality. Their prices were wonderful for the service they provided. I would highly recommend them and couldn?t be happier with their work.

The overall experience was great!! After many visits to "box" stores and not being able to find what we wanted, we called Closets By Design. The sales rep, Sann Hall, was terrific. She surveyed the project, asked many questions and began the drawings on site. Two hours later we had a visual of what we wanted and then we discussed material choices. Our budget dictated what we selected, but we are very happy with our choices. Sann was very helpful, a thoughtful listener and she was very respectful to us and our home. The product and design was what we were expecting upon installation. Kirk, the installer, was also very customer service oriented and respectful to our home. We would highly recommend this company and team for your closet, office, garage organizing systems.

They were very prompt to send out a sales person to do the bid. She was not "computerized" and wanted to spend 2 hours(!) to draw up the plans by hand (and probably close the deal) on the spot, but we refused and asked her to send the bid to us in email which she didn't seem too happy about. The plans themselves were less detailed and professional-looking than bids we received from other companies, who used detailed computer drawings, but she was very good at listening to our needs and coming up with creative solutions. The installers were on-time, clean and professional and asked questions (I stuck around for the 3 hour install) when they encountered a small issue.

Consultant who worked with me on planning was friendly, process for scheduling work was well organized and fast; 2 installers were quick and neat. The result is great.

Heidi was phenomenal. She was a great listener and got down exactly what we wanted in terms of style. The only reason we didn't use them is that they were a little bit more expensive and the basic material was less than what we wanted. We would've had to pay extra for laminate. She had a superior design, but it would've cost us more.

We have used Closets By Design twice now. Each experience has been excellent. Our designer was Tracy Wood and our installer was Scott. Tracy was very accurate and helpful with the design of the closet. Scott was very courteous and on time with the install. He worked hard and fast and clean up was neat.

It was really beautiful material and an easy one day installation. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The sales representative was prompt and courteous. Took detailed measurements of each space and presented several options from which to chose. When we were ready to install I called to set up a date and they arrived promptly. The bulk of the work was done in one day, but they had to come back a second time to finish. Since this is an older home the walls and floors were not straight and there were a few issues which they cheerfully corrected.

Brenda came out and met with us. She was outstanding and gave a great presentation. She also followed up with us twice. It was a very good experience and I wouldn't use anyone else.

They did a great job and the quality was good. They were prompt and professional.

The development of plans to meet my special needs was great and the installation went well. Everything was great except the electrical part of the entertainment center needed some additional work so I could attach components.

They were easy to work with and their quality was good.

They came up with great design ideas.

It turned out beautiful and it's exactly what I needed and wanted, but the laminate is now peeling off and needs repair. It started peeling after about 6 months.

They dismantled the previous closet hardware, took it away, filled the holes and touched up. I was very pleased with the work and feel they did an excellent.

The woman who came to give us the estimate and draw up the installation plan was remarkably capable and helpful. As well as patient. She gave us the discounted Angie's List price, which was greatly appreciated. The actual installation had it's minor bumps in the road, which they corrected. A part of the closet was broken during the installation, and so had to wait for a replacement part to be brought in. The installer accidentally injured himself and bled on the carpet. But all was made right and we like the final product. I would definitely use them again. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.

My experience with this company was fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering having this type of work done and I too will use them again when the opportunity arises. Tracy, the designer, came to my house and was very pleasant and easy going and honest. She helped me decide what would work best for my needs and her honesty saved me money. There were two installers who provided outstanding professional service. They kept me informed as to how they were doing and were very pleasant and timely in completing the task at hand. I was able to work from home the day of installation and observed them to be very job oriented. Once the project was complete they made sure I was happy with the final product.

They are very professional and detail oriented, they have lifetime warranties. The two people that I worked with were Vicki and Tiffany.

Everyone concerned was a pleasure to work with. Tracy Wood, the estimator and designer had great suggestions and was most patient with our changes and (I'm sure too much) tweaking the plans. The installers were efficient and totally cooperative - they were also willing to input suggestions while they worked, and their ideas were very helpful to the final result. The results were beautiful. Our kitchen and baths were mandated by the management to be done by a different company, and looking at their mis-matched woods, inaccurate cuts and omissions and errors, we wish so much that Closets by Design had been able to do that work as well.

It was a pleasure. The design process was painless, and the installers were great. In and out in one day, including tear-out (which was a huge pain in the neck.) They hustled, were courteous, made a few modest changes I requested. The closets look awesome, and my teenage sons are much more organized now (as is my husband!)

The designer came to my home, we discussed what I wanted, she measured & drew out plans. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The job was scheduled & the installers came to my home at the agreed upon time and completed the job in just a couple of hours. Upon inspection of the finished job, there were a couple of problems, that I had to call the company about. I had discussed with the designer, that I wanted a larger top shelf for storage & I was under the impression, that she had changed the plan/price to accommodate this. The second problem, concerned the shoe storage area. Each shoe storage area seemed unstable because the shelf did not sit on the pegs properly. When I contacted the company, I was told that the larger top shelf was not written in the original plan. They offered to install another larger shelf for an additional price, but I declined. I ended up fixing the problem with the shoe storage area myself & the company sent me a couple of parts, that were needed to do this

They spent a lot of time with me on the design. My rep was Chris. She was very helpful with all my changes, Installation was great. They even made adjustments on site. Very professional, good quality.

Everyone associated with Closets By Design was professional, punctual, and friendly. The quality of the workmanship and materials is outstanding. It was only two weeks from the time I signed the contract, until I was using the area. The installation of the storage area, took approximately 1.5 days. I am very happy with the storage area and will use Closets By Design again.
