Ms. Tammi was professional and pleasant. She worked with us to design a closet within our budget and which met our needs. She was responsive via email, and patient when I took a few weeks to make a decision. The installation went well. They left no mess and finished on time.

We had an excellent designer named Sheri who worked with us to design our MB closet. She gave us many good ideas and you could tell she had designed a lot of closet interiors and knew how to make the best use of your space. The company was easy to work with, on time and our installer was very careful not to nick the walls or harm any carpet or flooring. He put down floor coverings to protect all surfaces.

They did a very nice job, were on time, cleaned up afterwards, and were very professional. What I liked, the consultant that came out worked with me, gave me options, and worked with my budget. The quality was nice and was within my budget. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future. I have already recommended them to a family member.

The whole experience was excellent. The designer was friendly and knowledgeable, the installers were on time and professional, and the installation was very well done with a minimum of mess.

From the estimate to the production to the installation, everything was perfect and on schedule and at the quoted cost. The installers showed up when they said and cleaned up afterwards. This was my 5th phase of my office remodel and it looks lovely.

From the time we engaged Closets By Design for an estimate and design plan until they installed our closet system, we were impressed by the whole process. Arian, our designer, listened to our wants and helped us come up with a plan that really served our needs. When we scheduled the installation, it was in a convenient for us all. Then when it came time to install the closet system, the crew came worked on the closet installation, and left leaving everything clean and move-in ready all in one day. We couldn't believe how efficient the crew was and how quick the whole process went. We love our closet!

We got 2 bids to design our closets: Organized Spaces and Closets by Design. We thought Tracy from Closets by Design did a better job of listening to our needs. She then designed the walk-in closets to fit around some existing chests of drawers and made sure it would have good "flow." When we got the actual bid numbers, I called Tracy to compare differences, and she even agreed to come down in a couple areas to give us exactly what we wanted. The installation occurred when we were out of town, but seemed to go perfectly. I LOVE our closets! The makeup area is beautiful with 4 drawers, space for my large mirror and good design around the plugs and heating vents. I really appreciated that Tracy suggested little things that don't cost a lot, but added a lot of convenience: such as the valet rod for holding next day's clothes and the slide-out belt holder. One note about their coupons: I don't know what they use as a base rate, but using the coupons for 35% just makes them comparable with Organized Spaces and similar. ALWAYS ask for the coupon rate. Overall, we are very pleased with the price and quality and especially, the service.

Exceeded all expectations. Completely changed my closet. It's so pretty now! So much more storage! I wish they did kitchen cabinets because I'd call them to do that, too.

Impressive! I used California Closets in Aug-09 and was happy but Closet Factory does the same quality of work for a fraction of the price! They even corrected a problem on the spot that was our fault because of a construction change. They were really careful not to damage the brand new floors. Really nice people too.

They were very prompt and did the work quickly and cleanly - I didn't have to clean up after them. They didn't scuff up the walls carrying things in and out. So far I am pleased with the system that was designed by Heidi.

Initial contact with estimator was good. Installers were prompt, pleasant and did a good job. Product is as described and we are happy with it. Installers did not have adequate protection for their shoes (e.g. "booties" or enough drop clothes) so dirt was ground into carpets and carpets will have to be cleaned.

Kirk & Loyle arrive right on time - installed neatly and cleaned up. They did the job with short notice, as time was of the essence with travel plans, prior shelving (wire) had collapsed.
