First of all we appreciate your concerns and apologize for any unhappy experience you may have had with our company. We are extremely Customer Service oriented and will do whatever it takes to make our customers happy. Since this is the first time I have received this complaint in over 24 years in the industry, perhaps you can added information and insight that will allow us to eliminate this from happening to other clients. Did you call the office or speak with a manager or owner about your concerns? If not, why not? Why did you wait until July to write your review when the alleged incident occurred the 2nd day of February. According to your statement "Showed up two hours early without calling." Our records show that Jonah arrived at your home at 10 AM, the time requested in your online request. Our records also show Robert called and confirmed with you in person or left a phone message on 1/27/2015 that the appointment was for 10 AM. What was the appointment time and what time did Jonah actually show up according to your recollection? "Provided a design that did not meet my needs or requests" The whole purpose of Jonah's visit was to take measurements, find out your wants and needs and draw up plans for your review and approval. What were your needs and/or request that Jonah failed to respond to? "Did not give options" What options would you like to have seen? My observation is that It seems strange that Jonah would not adjust the design to meet your needs and request since his commission depended upon your concurrence and written approval. Do you have any idea why Jonah or anyone for that matter would spend their time, energy, and gas money and sacrifice their commission by not catering to the needs and wishes of their client? Thank you for your answers to these questions and again we apologize for not meeting your needs and expectations. Please know we would never build or deliver any product that was not according to your request and your approval of designs and written contract. They didn't even follow up because I think they knew I was not pleased. Unfortunately, we do not earn every bid or proposal that we make, no one does! Thankfully, we receive enough work to keep us very busy and therefore we don't always have the time to respond back to those who choose to go with some other closet company.
