Description of Work: They repaired caulk on the exterior of the house and repainted the repaired areas. Also, they replaced a few shingles that were rotten. We had to get them back to complete some of the work that had been contracted for that was missed, but did come back and do what they were supposed to do.

Description of Work: We hired CertaPro based on previous ratings, we did not have a good experience with this company. They did offer to come back out and correct the trim paint for the fourth time - come on guys, 4 times to paint trim white! We asked that the trim be painted white, how hard could that be! We thought we had hired professional painters, could have saved a lot of money/time and done it ourselves, and done a better job, no two toned painted trim. We feel that they just were unable to comprehend & understand basic instructions. We just gave up on them and someone else is finishing the trim. We have never been put in a position to write such a bad review, but we do not want anyone else to have to go through such a frustrating experience.

Description of Work: I was very impressed. They were punctual and professional from the bidding process to the actual painting. We went for the high end job, which involved scrapping all the old paint (multiple layers, including lead based). The workers arrived on time every day and worked nonstop even when it was 86+ everyday. They cleaned up both the lead dust every day, and cleaned the site of their equipment every day. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!!!

His employees were professional and cleaned up at the end of day everyday. If any questions or concerns came up, Ray and his employees responded immediately. Our house on the south side was in bad shape and now looks like a brand new home. I highly recommend their services and would use them again.

+ -1 moreI can't say enough good things about CertaPro Painters. Ray Shanahan, owner, responded quickly to our first enquiry, and was in constant communication throughout the project. Phone calls and e-mails were returned and answered promptly. The work was done on schedule with unsurpassed quality at a fair price. The crew that prepared and painted the house (exterior) was excellent, and regularly communicated about schedule, color scheme, and what to expect day to day. Ray recommended a color consultant that made our originally chosen color scheme work out even better. During the project, the areas around the house were kept as clean as possible, and ladders and other equipment were put away at the end of each day. Ray frequently stopped by to check on how the project was progressing. If you need your house painted, call CertaPro.

+ 0 moreI started looking for a house painter to redo our exterior on a Friday, with little success as it was late in the season. Then I came across CertaPro and they started painting a week later. The crew was wonderful, polite and courteous. They arrived on time, were focused on their work and worked a little late a few nights to finish cleaning up. There was one evening where there was some confusion and I called Ray, the owner, and he came right over and cleared it up. They completed everything on time and were always very responsive if I had question.
Description of Work: The company pressure washed, did some repairs work and painted the exterior of our house. They also rebuilt much of our carport.
