Considering mine was a small job, I really appreciated that CertaPro still treated it as a priority and also kept the cost reasonable and within my budget. They were very professional, responsive and got the job scheduled and completed right away. A pleasure to work with.

Job went great. When we noticed a couple of things needed attention, they got right on it. Everything turned out great.

They made it easy for me to have this project done.

The painters were quick and efficient. They worked a little late the first day so we could get back into our home quickly, which we really appreciated. A few days later we did find a few places where the paint was patchy, likely because the painters worked so fast they missed a few areas where the pain was thin. For us that was fine since speed was our main concern and we intend to paint again in a few years.

CertaPro did a terrific job on the exterior of our house. Before painting they replaced a section of wood shakes with fiber cement siding and repaired some rotten pieces of wood frame around the windows. The painting itself was excellent, and I feel comfortable saying that they made our the most attractive on the block. The workers were also very friendly and communicative.

Well, unfortunately it did not go well. The crew was unreliable, unprofessional and in the end argumentative. The company was very apologetic and gave us a partial refund.

Scott & Tuk did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my exterior house painting project, taking care of peeling paint & rotting wood quickly, carefully, & efficiently. They arrived early, worked steadily all day, & conscientiously cleaned up all areas. Scott was very pleasant & excellent at communicating what was being done, making sure nothing was missed. Rita stayed right on top of keeping me informed and Megan was stellar at writing up the estimate, providing suggestions, & including everything that I requested. It was EXTREMELY satisfying to get a major project done in the midst of the pandemic and getting it done so remarkably well. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

The crew did an excellent job prepping and painting. They were careful, thorough and worked quickly. I was impressed with the care they took to protect the adjacent flower gardens - not one damaged plant! The paint job came out great. I appreciate that CertaPro has an office where you can speak to a person instead of an answering machine. They were easy to work with and prompt in their service. Before they charged me, they asked to me to walk around and make sure everything was acceptable so they could fix any problems. Really beyond expectations. Highly recommend.

CertaPro performed a painstakingly competent job on the ceilings which, not surprisingly, needed some relatively essential repair work. The ceiling restoration and subsequent painting were very well done and we were extremely pleased. I should add that CertaPro is a full service painter who will do jobs others offering more limited services will not. For example, of three businesses we invited to contact us through Angie's List, only CertaPro responded with a scheduled visit and estimate. The other two either couldn't or wouldn't take on the project. The company also followed up to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction and have happily returned to touch-up one minor area that was (understandably, in fact) overlooked.

The CertaPro (of North Seattle) painters did a very thorough job of prepping and painting. There was a minor problem with paint adhesion in some spots on the deck which, but they did a thorough job of investigating and reworking the problem areas. The finished garage and deck looks great!

No one contacted me about my project.

The service was awesome, I'll hire them again anyday and They did a good job.

We hired CertaPro to paint the exterior of our 13 unit condo building and are extremely happy with the work. Our project manager, Megan, was nothing but pleasant and professional. We had a change of heart about the trim color toward the end of the job and she handled our indecision with patience and good humor. The quality of the painting itself is excellent. Bataa and his team cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and the work they did is outstanding. They painted our interior hallway about a year ago and we had a similarly great experience. We recommend them highly.

Our experience with CertaPro was excellent, from the first visit to final touch-ups. We were impressed with their communications - the main office always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The painters periodically checked in with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with their work. Our house and decks look terrific. Extremely satisfied!!

I received a bid from CertaPro late April so that I could be certain of getting on their schedule. Nevertheless, I knew that it would likely be summer before an extended period of warm, dry weather would permit deck work and refinishing. The bid was for $2,385.22, tax included. I accepted the bid. Work commenced approximately June 18, and finished on June 27. The quality of the work was excellent, and I was well-pleased it. However, the invoice I was presented with was for $3,133.22, some 31% more. I accepted the explanation that the original estimate did not include all required carpentry work. Still, accurate estimates are crucial for contractors. If estimates are not accurate, a customer cannot tell whether a contractor is underbidding simply to win the business. Additionally, although the finish and carpentry on the deck was excellent, I subsequently found spots between the new slats that had not had finish applied. Admittedly this is easy to miss because these spots are not particularly visible. Still, I am quite concerned about rot on the deck. I ended up applying finish myself from an old can I had saved from previous work. I used a small brush, and just inserted it between the new boards. CertaPro did good work, but accurate estimates and detailed inspection were areas that could have been improved.

We hired Certapro after watching their video and their marketing of having an onsite foreman overseeing the operation and guarantee. This was not done. Even though we only had a portion of the house painted, we thought they would still abide by the company marketing promises. There was no on-site foreman and non-speaking temp workers showed up to do the work. This led to a communication problem directing which colors to go where and old paint that was set out for matching, was used instead of buying new paint that we had paid for. Due to poor preparation and application, the finished product looked terrible. When we complained, another crew came out, this time with a foreman and it was done a second time. The owner apologized and replaced the glass patio table that was broken in the process and gave us a gift certificate at a local restaurant. After a year, paint bubbles started to appear and were found by another contractor we hired to replace the siding. Several calls to the company were not returned. We are now in the process of touching up the trim and around the siding that was replaced, and will hire a different paint company.

I can't remember the cost but it seemed reasonable to me. I thought they were an A overall, they very helpful and very accommodating. They are costlier than some but it was worth it. Quality was very high, they did a fine job. They were very responsive. They were very punctual. I intent to use them again. When we made changes on the flier, they accommodated them quite nicely.

CertaPro did a wonderful job for us. Chris, the manager came out to do the initial estimate and walk through. We received a written estimate with great detail. The work was scheduled and completed on time. The crew did an outstanding job. Very professional. We were impressed by how much attention to detail the crew gave to our home. Results were excellent and communication was great throughout the project.

CertaPro team was efficient and timely for every step of the process. Quickly scheduled an estimate for me that was on par with the 3 other companies I evaluated. Went with CertaPro due to convenience of scheduling, color consultation, and overall professionalism of the staff. Job involved scrapping away of all old paint in a proper/ safe manner and they had a very conscientious crew that did a great job. I would definitely recommend for future paint jobs.

Overall the experience was excellent. We are very satisfied with the attention to detail and the beautiful final product. Bold took extra care to sand down an older sliding window so the new paint wouldn't rub off. The original time estimate to complete the work was just two days, however Bold worked four long days to finish the project. There was one communication glitch when we came home on day two (a Friday) to find no work had been done. After communication with Megan, work was resumed the next business day. However, my husband did a lot of work on the ceiling patching because we were worried the job wasn't going to get completed in time. Bold did a great job finishing up the ceiling before he painted. In the end, that one day delay did not affect our timeline, and we were very pleased with the end result. We felt the work was definitely worth what seemed at first to be high estimate.

The Certapro team arrived at the time we agreed upon each day and went right to work after their arrival. They were very thorough preparing each surface prior to painting, and then took time to look over each area after completion to make sure they achieved the best possible result. We did not know the paint color needed for one area and they matched existing paint color perfectly. In addition to their attention to detail, the entire team was courteous and respectful throughout the project.

Absolutely wonderful company. They were so polite and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Just an excellent service.
