My first contact with Lebron sounded very promising. He told me he needed to firm up his schedule but he would be in the area within a few days and he would stop by. I was working from home during that time, so I was very flexible about when he could quote on the work. Lbron also asked that I send my information to his website which I did. On approximately March 30th I was able to reach Lebron. After reminding him of the details he told me that he had just taken on a partner and their process had changed. We scheduled time for him to visit and quote on the work. He showed up earlier than expected (I was fine with that). We talked about the project along with a few other projects that I would consider. He gave me a general quote of $3,500.00 for the gate. He committed to send me a quote to confirm his pricing. I have not heard or seen him since. Lebron seems like a great guy. I am sure he could do a great job. One thing that he did state to me is 'I am great with wood but not a great business man". I am sure that my timing had an impact on how the project was handled based on other reviews.. I wish him the best in his new partnership and that his process improves very soon. Per Lebron's request I have reviewed his feedback and would like to provide additional feedback: 1. You never explained that you were in the middle of another project. In fact, I contacted Angie's List and confirmed that they verify that you can take on a project before they match you up with the customer. In this case, Angie's List contacted you under Snap Fix. They did verify that you were available for the project. 2. I also took the time and confirmed that I have no phone calls from you on my home phone or cell phone. I also have no text from you from the time you left. In summary, Lebron, I am understand that you are a small company and don't have support staff. My email address was given to you three times. Angie's List also has it. If nothing else you had my street address so that you could mail the quote. It is tough to have a small successful business. You have a trade and you want to show it off, at the same time you can't leave the potential customer hanging and blame them because you are too busy. I read other reviews and others have also pointed out some of the same issues. I wanted to see your work. I would love post a glowing review. I am not the reason you did not get the quote out. I am more disappointed in the fact that you seem to take no responsibility for problem and ask me to delete it. I stand by my statement and my grade.

Our hardwood floor contractor informed me on the Saturday before a Monday installation that we needed to get our leaking exterior door replaced before the floors could be installed . I called Castleberry's Construction on Saturday with little hope that anything could be done in time. To my great surprise LeBron Castleberry called me right back and came out to the house to check the door that day! He then had the whole job done by Tuesday, in time for the floor guys to get their work done. The door installation is fantastic and very solid, no more leaking!!! The floor contractor even said to me: " I don't know who you got to fix this door, but they did a h*** of a job!" That was especially reassuring since I didn't have time to get other quotes or shop around. I will definitely hire LeBron again for future jobs. A+

Castleberry's came to my attention initially due to his high ratings on Angie's list. After reviewing his website which stated his values as: integrity, quality craftsmanship, a man's word is his bond, doing the right thing even if no one is looking - values which are important to me - I set up an appointment for him to review the scope of work. Mr. Castleberry's estimate was returned timely and his cost was reasonable for the work performed. He and his small crew accomplished the project with skill, paying attention to detail and safety. The soundness and strength of the beam and post install is far beyond the original. LeBron Castleberry leads the crew, there are no subs. The work area was taped off with plastic to prevent dust and debris from entering the rest of the house. I was very satisfied with the work and intend to have him perform additional projects on the house.

Lebron did a timely quality work. I plan to use his services for all my needs.

I started working with Lebron at Castleberry's in early November about replacing a door jam on the front door of my rental home in West Seattle and repairing the outside of my back door. Upon contact with LeBron, as with many contractors, he was busy with some larger jobs, but, assured me that he'd would do the work for me when his time was freed up. A worker named Jason was sent to my house and from start to finish kept me informed on the progress. I knew by our conservations that he was a very thorough worker and when any issues came up. as does in most repairs, he kept me informed on additional materials/time needed to complete the repairs. The front door jams were badly torn up and the repair was extremely involved, requiring much patience. Jason's work produced a perfectly working door, one which, as a result of his solid construction, will last longer than most. Both LeBron and Jason came up with ideas on the back door repair which saved me time and money. Instead of repainting the bottom quarter of the door, which had been done many times in the past, LeBron suggested installing a steel plate that would prevent future wear/tear on the door. Very affordable and they even matched the color of the steel to the house colors! Upon completion of their work, I met the two of them at the house and they were great conservationalists with great sense of humor. What a pleasure it was working with Castleberry's Carpentry.

1. Front door had been recently worked on by another contractor. Afterwards it did not close properly and would open by itself if not locked. Castleberry Carpentry took the door down, made alterations to the frame and re-hung the door. Door is now solidly hanging and shuts properly. Work was done quickly, complete within a day. 2. Interior bifold was re-hung. Castleberry Carpentry obtained an attractive good-quality wooden bifold door. They rebuilt the frame (frame was old and had damage) and hung the new door. Door looks great. The guys from Castleberry Carpentry always kept me advised of their progress or any issues that arrose. While they worked for me on different projects I always came home to a clean, dustfree home.

Castleberry Carpentry guys were prompt, professional, and true to their word. They showed up each morning early, worked long days, and came everyday until the project was done. LeBron and Joel were knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. They were very respectful of my belongings. Anything they had to move while working was moved carefully and items were kept together how they found them. I came home to find my bed relocated and maded exactly as I left it. The flooring / baseboards they installed came out great. Castleberry's is the best contractor I have ever hired!

Lebron and his assistant arrived on time and got to work. They are meticulous and have great attention to detail. The doors were installed without hiccup. They look great. I wouldn't hesitate to call Lebron for door installations again. They only surprise was that he wanted a $150 delivery fee due to he and his assistant getting caught in traffic. Because he also inspected the doors at the dealer and found a defect that he had them repair I thought it was fair to pay.

Working with LeBron was fantastic. He was very responsive, took time in the evening to squeeze us in after another job, was prompt, and demonstrated great expertise and professionalism. The insight he provided and work that he did for us was top notch. We will not look to another carpenter for our future needs in the area.

Because of where our fence is located in relation to our deck and our neighbor's fence, Castleberry Carpentry had to think very creatively about how to construct this fence. He did a great job and we are very happy with the results.

The job was completed perfectly and we are very happy with the door.

Mr. Castleberry showed up at the appointed times, did the work in a professional manner, taught the helpers about the work and had the worksite cleaned up in a couple of hours.

Labor cost was reasonable for journeymen standard and exactly as stated on their business description. The job estimate was plainly written and there were no surprises. They were a great team. They came on time, did the job excellently, and cleaned up well. They had to work for 2 days to replace all 5 doors, so I gave them the key to the property. They are a family of journeymen builders who are insured, licensed and bonded. I?ve verified their information with the State and checked for customer ratings from different websites prior to hiring. I find them to be pleasantly serious, hard-working, meticulous and trustworthy people. They do run a tight schedule, but as the need arises, they will be re-hired for our property management needs. Bottomline: no headaches, good price, decent, honest people, first-rate job, and no regrets.

They were fine and explained things right. I was happy with them. The price was fine.

Busy company, but still managed to find time to do my small carpentry job. Lebron arrived on time and managed to finish sooner than expected. The repair looks great. This company was refered to me by a friend, and I would definetly refer them to others.

Lebron was very responsive and was able to come to check out the problem in the attic on on the roof. He photographed the problem and gave me various options for a repair. Once we agreed he was out in the morning and everything was fixed. Fantastic.

The work was excellent. I was satisfied with the service.

The fence is next to 2 very large pine trees. He dug 2 deep trenches, poured concrete and set the posts to attach to the concrete above ground. He also reinforced the 2 posts with a 2nd post because we've had problems with this fence before. He was able to re-use the actual fence boards, saving us money. I expect this fence to remain standing for a very very long time. He's very meticulous about his work and he cuts no corners. I'm so glad I found him and I'd highly recommend him to anyone for any carpentry project.

If you need any carpentry or remodel work done, Lebron Castleberry is without a doubt the finest of craftsmen and one of the most professional, thorough, friendly and helpful contractors I have ever worked with. The attention to detail is top notch. Not a single compromise in quality. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

LeBron did several small jobs including install replacement track lights, new kitchen faucets, some drywall repairs and the removal and installation of some of the cedar siding on our rental property. We have been very happy with his workmanship. He explains in detail what he is doing and why and is happy to answer any questions or concerns that we may have.

The job began as simple replacement of the vanity and sink in the bathroom. However, LeBron determined that the shower was leaking and the bathroom floor needed to be replaced as well as repairs were required for the shower. We are very pleased with the workmanship of the installation of the new sink and the tile floor.

LeBron did the repairs and replaced the cedar siding on the 2nd story dormers of our house. The dormers had begun to show some decay because of rain water run off. He had custom metal flashing made for the dormers and installed them to prevent water damage in the future. We are very pleased with his work and the appearance of the repairs. This is one of several jobs that LeBon did for us this summer.

LeBron removed all of the old shingles and replaced the roof. including the plywood underlayment. He also replaced the siding, facia boards and eaves of the garage. All of the debris from the roof was cleaned up each day. The garage has never looked better!

LeBron built a cedar fence that surrounds our backyard. The fence looks great and is the envy of our neighbors! He handpicked through all of the fencing material to find the best boards to use. If the lumber didn't meet his standards, he found lumber that did. He did such a good job that we hired him to do several more repairs jobs at our home and at a rental house we own. He has worked for us all summer.

Came when they said they would, did the work they promised, and were very prompt in repairing it. Very professional! I would use them again.
