Great! Jim Button has been my plumber for over 25 years and I recommend him to others often. He is a great plumber, very careful pays attention to detail and very trustworthy. He goes the extra mile without compromise. Jim has installed water heaters, sinks, shutoff valve, toilets for us.

The service was terrible. I couldn't figure out how they could do so much of a change in a short period of time. They did the connections into the plumbing so that if the lavatory is flushed it cuts down on the water coming out of the faucet. Everything affects the main water in the faucets. They sent two people; we believe it was a father and son. It was certainly disappointing. The price was probably not an unreasonable charge. They came fairly quickly after I called.

I scheduled an appt. for Button plumbing to come out to check a leak underneath my kitchen sink. They gave me a window between 10:00 and noon. Just a little after noon two guys came out, checked the situation and determined it was a leaking cartridge. They didn't have a replacement in the truck so they said they would pick one up and come by my house that evening to install/replace it. They didn't show up that evening but the next day Button Plumbing (scheduler) called and we re-scheduled for Thurs. between 8-8:30 am (first appt.). I told them I had to leave the house by 9:40 at the latest so the 8:30 appt. should be great. The plumber didn't show up and I called at 9:30 to say that I had to leave the house and couldn't wait any longer for the plumber. Apparently there was an accident and when I called the plumber was just getting off the freeway to come to my house. I re-scheduled again for Friday between 5-7pm. The plumber did arrive shortly before 5pm (Yay!). He replaced the cartridge, checked under the sink for any other issues and thanked me for my patience. Because of the missed appt.'s Button plumbing did not charge me for the cartridge or the service call. The plumber again apologized. I was perturbed about the plumber not showing up and I realize that things happen. I was surprised and felt very accomodated by not being charged for this service and for the apology. I think Button Plumbing did a great job and they were professional and courteous. The only issue was the 2 missed appt's but I really appreciated their waiving the charges. I think that speaks to their appreciation of customers and acknowledging their mistake. I would definitely call on them again.

Button Plumbing showed up on time. They removed their boots, were very tidy, friendly and professional. They checked out the faucet from outside first. Although they were fairly certain that they would need to cut through an interior wall to get to the pipe connection they checked out other non-invasive avenues first. They crawled under the house but found they couldn't get to the pipes that way. Once it was apparent that they had to cut into the wall, they did as small an opening as possible. The hole was in the guest bathroom which is wallpapered. They asked if I had extra wallpaper to fix that portion of the wall, which I didn't and I didn't wish to repaper the whole bathroom. The opening they made was very neat and tidy and the cut-out piece went back in very nicely. They also cleaned up the cutting mess when they were done. They gave me some ideas of how I could fix it inexpensively and it would still look nice so I don't need to re-paper the whole room. My elderly aunt lives next door and they looked at a leak she had in an outdoor faucet. Fixed it and didn't charge us. After fixing our faucet, Button Plumbing had an appointment with a neighbor to make the same fix to their outdoor faucet as they did to ours. Our neighbors were also very pleased with the work.

All work was done great. They are always on time and very professional, courteous, communicate well.

They arrived 10 minutes early. They removed their shoes upon entering the house. They fixed both toilets quickly & efficiently. They even offered to install my new toilet seat without charge.

I had a good experience with them. I had a clog in my sink and I had a different company that I actually got off of Angie's List to try and deal with the problem and they unfortunately could not. They were really nice and professional but they just could not do it. So then I contacted Button Plumbing, and I had contacted them because they had done something for us a while back, and he fixed the problem.

The re-piping was ok, but I think we could’ve gotten a better job elsewhere. With the toilets, they did not provide the model my wife was really hoping to get. She was able to find this model in a local plumbing shop later; it wasn’t what we wanted. However, they were punctual and they did what they said they were going to do for the price but we just won’t go back.

Everything went well. James is very knowledgeable and very personable, and he always does excellent work at great prices. I trust him with all of my plumbing needs.

Due to their proximity to our house and other friends recommendations, we called Button Plumbing after attempting to replace our faucets and in the process broke the water line. They came out the same day we called and were on time and very nice and professional. Parts were $69 and the rest was labor and taxes. They were quick, neat and friendly. They assured us that they will come out for up to a year for free if we had any issues with the work. We had a slight leak after they left which they returned within 10 minutes and fixed the problem.

I thought they were excellent! They were right on time and I asked them some other questions about water damage and they answered them for me. They went above and beyond what was expected. I also appreciate that they are a family-owned business.

The workers arrived on time, worked all day, and into the night to finish the work. They were very polite and attentive to any concerns that we had.

Button Plumbing came to my home, looked at my plumbing problems, and provided a bid a week later. I accepted their bid because of price and types of materials provided. On the day of the service, they arrived exactly as scheduled with a team of 4 plumbers and went right to work. They ran the new pipe in ways that really reduce the number of sheet rock cuts. There were only two places in the house where the cuts in walls were visible. I thought they worked very efficiently and completed the job in 11 hours. There has been no problems or leaks with the new piping. Now, I've got great water pressure in all my bathrooms and in the kitchen.

Sean was especially attentive to my parents needs. He was easy to work with and I've never had any problems with any of the work they've performed. They were always polite and efficient and removed their shoes before entering the house. I would recommend them to anyone.

Button Plumbing was fantastic! From the start; their service was superb: The woman who took my call was professional and smart and did a great job with initial assessment. The plumbers were on time, worked efficiently and did a fine job. The price we paid was half what another plumber estimated the job to cost. Far and away the best plumber we've ever had. I will definitely use them again.

I called Button Plumbing and told them I probably needed a thermocouple replaced and their estimate was ~1/5 of a high priced competitor. The person answering the phone informed me it was possible to fix it myself, since it's a $10 part. While I appreciated the honesty I was not comfortable with doing the work myself. When the owner arrived, he worked for a bit over an hour and left without charging me, since the thermocouple he replaced (twice, just to make sure) had not fixed the problem. He tried to try to get our tank replaced on warranty even though I said my previous attempt had failed. He came back out and replaced the gas valve, charging me only for that, not for the first visit. Really, their service, quality and price cannot be beat!

Washing machine drain was plugged causing the drain to overflow. A plumber's snake was used to uplugg the drain but didn't have any luck. Button Plumbing found that all all pipes in the house converged at the kitchen sink and that was where the stoppage was. The plumber used a snake at the kitchen sink and unplugged the drain. I have a fear of needing a plumber as I have always heard that it is difficult to get them scheduled in a timely manner and that they are very expensive. Not only was the plumber able to come fairly quickly but the bill was reasonable.

Everything went well from start, and we felt very confident that Jim and his assistant would do an excellent work. Jim is an honest and compassionate man! Button Plumbing is the BEST!!

Jim arrived on time, got the work done efficiently, cleaned up completely after the work, and seems to charge a fair price, based on the time he spends.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Button Plumbing. Jim Button arrived on time, did a great job and his fee was more than reasonable. He even fixed the hole he had to make in the dry wall. I have been recommending him to everyone in my office and I will be using their services again if the need arises.

I contacted Button Plumbing based on Angie's List feedback. I had not used them previously. Sean arrived as scheduled. We reviewed a list I had prepared of 12 problems to be addressed, did a walk around to match location with problem, and Sean went to work. And, I mean he REALLY went to work. He nearly ran from problem to problem. Didn't even take time to take advantage of refreshments offered. As the work progressed, I added a couple of items to the list and he readily accommodated them. All the items were completed with the exception of the toliet and disposal which I had already suspected would require replacement rather than repair. Sean provided advice on how to complete future DIY plumbing projects on my to-do list, even providing source recommendations for the materials. I was pleased with Sean's workmanship, professionalism, and friendliness, and the cost was very reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasent experience. Button Plumbing is now "my plumber".
