It went great. Came early, did the job, charged me a fair price and it was the estimate they quoted on the phone. They were great, friendly, efficient and did the job right. They are a busy company so for none-emergency installs I booked a couple of weeks ahead.

Tech was punctual, efficient & knowledgeable.

The pilot light on our water tank kept going out; we would reset the light but it would go out again. We called the company that installed the tank - Buttons Plumbing and Heating. The plumber who came simply re-started the pilot light, even though we told him that this doesn't permanently fix the problem, that it will go out again - as it did. We contacted another plumbing company; their plumber said that there have been problems with this model of tank heater, specifically the pilot light controller. He contacted his office to locate another controller but there were none available so we went with the next model up. This was February, 2018. The pilot light has not gone out since.

Plumber showed up on a Tuesday, re-lit the light, charged $90; explained that the wind probably blew it out. 2 days later, cold water again; we re-lit the pilot light. Light stayed on for 3 days, then went out again. Monday, light was out, plumber contacted but never showed up, office never returned the calls.

Excellent. The owner was very polite and professional. He didn’t yet to sell me a new furnace or tank which I appreciated. I did need a new tank and they were able to squeeze me in the same day.

Button Plumbing was great. They replaced my kitchen faucet and added two new shut off valves under the sink which had always leaked in the past if I shut off the water under the sink. I mentioned that my bathroom sink was draining slow. After the kitchen faucet was done, they went into the bathroom and snaked the pipe that the sink drains into. . Now the bathroom sink drains perfectly. They were very friendly and got the work done quickly. The price was quite reasonable. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs. I was super happy with their service.

I had a small water leak in my garage, but didn't know what was causing it. I contacted Button Plumbing via e-mail on a Friday and Carole was able to schedule me the following Monday. Since it wasn't urgent, I didn't expect to get that kind of quick response, but I appreciate the fact that they were able to work me into their schedule so quickly. Matt showed up about a half-hour early. Not a problem, though, because I was already at home. He quickly diagnosed the problem (leaky shower valve in the shower right above the garage where I saw the leak). Although he could have bought the part I needed and scheduled a trip back to install it, he showed me exactly what to order and how easy it was to replace it. I really appreciated his honesty and his willingness to save me some money. He was in/out in less than an hour. I have some rental properties and will definitely be calling Button Plumbing for any future plumbing work. BTW, they take credit cards, but there is a 3% surcharge, so have cash/check ready if you want to avoid the fee. Most family-run businesses operate the same way, so I was ready, just in case. They also offer a Senior Discount.

Perfect! They arrived within the scheduled time window, were tidy, pleasant and professional. I would recommend them highly.

Called in Monday and set appointment time range for the next day from 1pm to 4 pm. No one showed. Called the office and she profusely apologized and set an new appointment for Thursday at 7:30am. Gentleman arrived at 8 am...When I suggested that given the circumstances a quick phone call would have been nice, his response was dismissive. If you have time to waste give them a try. Kelly

I emailed Button that night. First thing Friday morning, they emailed me and we spoke. Although the job was not a good fit, they asked great questions, suggested other companies and helped me understand what I needed to ask for. I'd definitely use them in the future. Thank you!

Sean Button was able to come out the next day to replace the broken shut-off valve in the garage. The price and service would be absolutely impossible to beat.

Provided excellent and timely service to make sure my elderly mom had her water service restored when her water main sprung a leak under the driveway.

FANTASTIC!!! Plumber arrived a the prescribed time. Took his shoes off before entering the house. Listened attentively to my description of the problem. After examining the shower, the pipes, the drain, the floor pan, the enclosure and the immediate surroundings. he quickly diagnose the problem as being cracks in the tile grouting. He then provided detailed information on how to regrout the tiles, how to find the appropriate serviceman, and how to do it myself. The plumber was friendly, articulate and very knowledgable. The "cherry on the sundae" was that he did not charge me a cent for his visit! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for competent, reliable, and ETHICAL plumbing service.

Given the fact that the guys spent well over 2 hours at our house (including crawling around in our rodent-occupied crawlspace), we assumed we'd be looking at a bill of at least $250. The bill came in at $135, which was fantastic. Not only that, but we found Jim and his assistant to be honest, knowledgeable, and generally hilarious. It was clear that they are comfortable with LGBT households, which was refreshing. If you're uptight or don't have a sense of humor, I wouldn't recommend Button Plumbing. But if you're looking for honest pricing, great service, and a bit of entertainment, Button Plumbing will be a great choice!

We are very pleased with Button Plumbing. They were responsive to our request for a bid. They arrived on time and did a great job. They had to do a little carpentry work to get the new cooktop to fit and did so perfectly.

Work was done on time with realistic estimates. Quoted me for exactly what I was asking for and not more. Would definitely use Button again.
