Description of Work: They did a great job. They turned a deadbolt into a dual cylinder lock matching they key with the rest of the office. Fix this during business hours with little to no interruption.

Description of Work: They repaired two door locks with one new part and one used part. That part of the service was fine. The job took less than an hour and the parts only totaled about $35. What disappointed me is they charged me $79.50 for a "service call" and $62.70 for the work. Outrageous! I will never use them again and I will go out of my to make sure anyone I know never does as well.

Description of Work: Installed deadbolt (none previously) in steel foam core entry door and security "charley" bars for two sliding patio doors. Worked efficiently, good workmanship, and installer checked throughout the process that I was happy with the quality of the work. Cost of service includes hardware that was installed.

Description of Work: I had lost the key to a storage locker and they came out as scheduled and made the key for me. They came at the top of the window of time given which is always nice. Very professional and quick work. They changed all of the locks when I moved to this condo in 1998.

Description of Work: I had purchased a used, Schlage front door pad key lock and bolt lock at a Habitat store, and needed keys and advice on how to install. I took the devices to Bulger's retail store in Lake City, where the good techs made keys and advised me how to install.

Description of Work: We moved into a new house. Bulger came recommended by our agent. The tech showed up on time and performed the key changes. He told us about what problems we might have in the future in regards to some of the 'cheaper' locks that were installed, but didn't put any pressure on us to buy new ones, just recommended some brands we should consider if the locks failed in the future. We're very pleased and will use them again.
