Description of Work: Openned kitchen ceiling to expose bath tub and shower leak above kitchen, sprayed water on over flow, tub spout and fauvet plate. Found no leak. Surmised that crack on floor may leak over the tub and trough the tile. Since I have been careful about not having water overflow over the tub. There has been no leak since. I now have to deal with the open ceiling with a carpenter. But with the professionalism. I really appreciate what was done.

Description of Work: When scheduling the appointment the scheduler realized that the coupon that we purchased was for an electric hot water heater, and we had a gas water heater that needed to be replaced. Black Lion heating had a Angie's List coupon for a gas water heater so we took advantage of the coupon.

Description of Work: I responded to discount deal on your web site for plumbing services. The selected provider stated that his service area included my location, which is within King County, Washington and on the Eastside. When I called to schedule service, I was told that I would a "teensy bit" out of their service area but that Angie's List would provide a refund. I sent a complaint to the owner, who said sorry but did not offer to make an exception. I was told that Angie's List would refund my money, but I am still out the time to process all of this. The service provider should have offered to contact Angie's List and take care of the refund for me.

Description of Work: I had several slow emptying drains plus a toilet question/problem. I saw this coupon and thought it was perfect. I read all the big print which listed all they could do "and more". I purchased the coupon. When I called they said they could do the one or two little things, but this didn't include fixing the slow drains. They were responsive enough, but that isn't what I thought I was purchasing. I called you, and was helped right away. Thank you!

Description of Work: Ran camera down side sewer. Found some roots and damaged drain pipe. Agreed to repair apparent hole in pipe near house. After installation of clean out and new repair pipe, re-exam of root damage after pressure washing out roots discovered a cracked section of pipe 40 feet further towards street. Agreed to repair of that section of pipe requiring 4 foot deep hole with new section of pipe plus clean out. Both repair holes in very hard ground and the crew was very professional and courteous. The total repairs were $3600 including tax. This is a competitive price for the work and was done professionally. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I have a rental that needs a new water heater. Did not know it was gas. Service provided did show up. Noticed it was gas, therefor coupon was not valid. agreed that work would not be done and to get a refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: Overall it was fine. The plumber said I couldn't use the coupon when he arrived because there wasn't a cleanout (he had to pull a toilet in order to scope the line). Makes sense, but I no longer need this coupon and would like a refund.

Description of Work: So, I have a leaking toilet and having a glass undr the on/off valve doesn't do a hing for the decor. When I thought about the leak in my kitchen--I thought we have a deal in the making. Looking on the list of Big Deals, I chose them just for the price. As a retired school teacher I would like to consider world events., etc., when choosing a provider, but really it is the price. So within the hour and a half he supplied the new fixture, installed it and fixed the leaks. We had time left over and I should have remembered the fixture upstairs that needs a washer. But for now, I am delighted. The new fixture is just the xact one I wanted and I didn't have to go shopping. Client very satisfied. This guy was competent and expeditious.
