Description of Work: Bought the sewer cleaning and video inspection. Everything was great. Only they were not be able to cut all the root inside of the pipe. The drain in restroom still go down slow sometimes. | |Other than that, he is awesome.

Description of Work: Had water backing up in basement floor drain. They were able to come the same day as called. The sewer line was cleared enough to get the water draining. Received options on what to do next for long term prevention. The service technician was very efficient and cleaned up before leaving.

Description of Work: The sales manager, James, failed to follow-up even though I gave him several chances. Bob Oates is a preferred provider for my employee benefit program, so I was inclined to use them, but the poor pre-sale service changed my mind. James missed our first appointment for an estimate entirely on July 9th, then was able to view the job site the next week, but wanted to scope the line. I provided him with a video recording provided by a more prompt estimator, and he confirmed on July 31st that he had everything he needed to provide a bid, but NEVER SENT A BID. That's just bad business. If they have such bad pre-sales follow-up, how could I ever trust a company like this with my potential warranty work??? We wound up spending over $14k with an alternate contractor.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet. The plumber did not install it properly and it was rocking when I sat on it. Called them back and someone else came, checked it, offered an excuse and said he'd made a temporary fix till they could get someone out the following Monday. I was told someone would contact me to schedule it. No one did so I called and they sent the original guy back who told me he had fixed it. A few days later I discovered a piece of plastic stuck in between the toilet and the floor, at the back, where it's not easy to see. After 2 or 3 days of calling and being promised return calls that never came, I finally got to talk to a manager but he refused to listen to what I had to say, accused me of lying when I tried to explain what had happened and insisted there was nothing wrong with the work they did. He actually yelled at me. I wouldn't deal with these lying monsters even for the chance to get the work done right. I just keep hoping nothing goes wrong. Oh, and they installed the cheapest piece of crap toilet you could find anywhere.

Description of Work: They came in on time, quickly swapped out the disposal and it has worked fantastic. He gave me helpful hints to keep it going well and if there is a jam - the little wrench I can do to loosen the blade. Great work.

Description of Work: Replaced wastemaster in the sink with new good quality one. The job may not have looked difficult but my husband knows it would have taken him all day, because of our kitchen situation.

Description of Work: I have three toilets, two of which were leaking enough to cost an extra few hundred $/mo on the water bill, and the other one was starting to have the same issue. I had two of toilets replaced and one repaired. The plumber was on-time, very professional, gave accurate estimates, and was quick. I'd use the service again.

Description of Work: I took 3 hours off to have them come and they never showed or called. I called them and they rescheduled. The day before the second appointment they called to reschedule again, I told them I had again took 3 hours off to wait for them so they came anyway. Of course they had to "Add on" money for a special plumbing situation. Whatever...

Description of Work: They called and were very negative. For example, you need this from the city and that and acted like I was clueless. They never made it out or provided me with an estimate. No interest in working with a contractor who makes me feel stressed out about a job, and acts like I don't know anything. I have all paperwork from the city, was on the sewer development committee for the neighborhood and am disappointed with the response and lack of follow through.

Description of Work: They were asked to fix a leak on a deck faucet. They "fixed" it but the faucet was so tightly screwed on that I was unable to turn it. I had someone else work on it afterwards and it became usable again.
