We are experts in the sewer and drain cleaning business & camera inspection, Clean-out installation, water jetting, sewer repair & replacement, water heater, faucets & fixtures installed. Main & Side Sewers repaired/replaced we also repair and replace water mains. We do everything Plumbing. Free advice over the phone, We will, at no charge, compare "apples to apples" - which will include type of pipe used, length of pipe replaced/repaired & the methodology of completing the job. ask for Bob or speak with my dispatcher Raya (my daughter). Description of Work: Cleaned out sewer line, replaced certain sections and relined others and placed a clean out access in the back yard. Only concern was they put the clean out right in the middle of the sidewalk and poured new sidewalk with cleanout right there. Otherwise all work was well done and working well. They were very timely. Some phone responses took a couple days to get back on questions.

Description of Work: They were great. guy came out to root the mainline, but couldn't because of a 'soft blockage', which he apparently didn't have the right equipment for. He called another truck in to bring the right stuff, and didn't charge me for the extra time. I really appreciated it.

Pretty good pricing, at least compared with the big national chain whose name rhymes with "ripoff rooter". Also the plumber shared helpful info on sewer maintenance, repairs, city code, etc; good guy to work with. Recommended; will work with them again.
