Overall, very satisfied. I was able to get an appointment for a day or two after I called. Jeovany arrived on time, and fixed the valve. He also explained how to replace the leaky washer or the whole valve, in case I ever need to do it myself. Even left a few spare washers of the correct size. Then, since we hadn't yet spent an entire hour (hourly billing), he offered to help me to set up my new washing machine. That's why I wanted to shut off the water in the first place, but I didn't want to disconnect the old washing machine before getting the leak fixed. I thought that showed very good customer service; he could have just fixed the leak that I'd called about and left. It would have been exactly the same billable hour. Jeovany cleaned the work area when he was done, and was careful not to cause any damage as he worked (e.g, he wore shoe covers). Would hire again.

Casey was on time, efficient and got the job done quickly

Jeremy came out and within 30 minutes had the issue figured out. The drain had been installed by the previous owner of the house and he didn't grade it properly, so the water wasn't draining quick enough after heavy rains. Jeremy also jetted the line to confirm it was clean. I also got an estimate to snake the sewer line later on and will be using Bob Oates again without hesitation. Thanks, Jeremy, for the help diagnosing the problem.

Company was available, friendly and responsive in scheduling on short notice as I wasn't able to use my kitchen. Jeremy S. was the on-site technician and was outstanding. Polite and friendly in not only fixing the issues but talking about ways to ensure prevention/maintenance moving forward. Appreciated the support on short notice!

On a rare day of significant snow in Bellevue, Shane valiantly navigated his truck through the slippery streets and inevitable traffic. When his truck got stuck in snow at the base of our cul de sac, he remained undeterred, choosing to carry his equipment to our house to perform the work.(Mind you, this was not urgent work, just a routine sewer scope!) Shane is highly professional in every regard--thoroughly explained our situation and options, and went well beyond his call of duty! Thank you, Shane!

Price quoted was 3 times that of nearest competitor - $1200 for 2 hours of hydrojetting and cleaning of 2 lines, camera after that.

The work was done exceptionally well and the service was superb. I would absolutely hire them again in an instant. Each person at the company with which I interacted, from the receptionist to the serviceman, were kind, informative, and helpful. Additionally, their responsiveness was also impressive and they got someone out to the house the next business day.

Excellent. The plumber was professional and competent. He explained and showed me the problem then gave me some options.

Water heater was leaking in the morning and the company was able to send out a plumber about 6 hours after my original call. The men who performed the service were great. Mickey was the primary person I worked with. He was on time, and called ahead of the scheduled window to let me know that traffic might delay him. He wasn't able to drain the tank on the first night and arranged for a time the next day so that he could get a pump - there was too much sediment. On day two the pump was ineffective, and a second plumber, Geo, came to help me and Mickey move the tank across the house to a drain. After rigging up a thick plastic barrier and sandbags we were able to remove the drain valve and safely drain the tank into a shower drain. If the company is reviewing this, Mickey and Geo were great, did great work, were good company for my young and curious kid. The demerits: Only mark down came from having to have them return a third evening to attach the drain pipe for the pressure release valve on the top of the tank. It was forgotten, but forgivable since they were quick to fix. The next came from an additional $100 "limited access fee." The fee was quoted before because they had a staircase to bring the tank down. When they actually did the service, they brought the tank in on a hand truck around the back of the house and entered on the ground level. The invoice, which isn't emailed until after you pay, indicates the following for the fee: "Limited acces [sic]: stairs, tight crawl,parking, boxes,ect.." When I emailed inquiring about the charge, the response I got (which has not been concluded since I reached out a week ago) was that it was for the additional plumber to help move the tank. Its disingenuous to say it is for one thing, then, after service, claim it is for another without discussing/approving. Question every cost with these folks - as with any contracted service.

Great work by knowledgeable and competent workers. They had to scope the pipe in order to determine where the crack was, dig up my driveway, dig out the broken pipe, refill and then pour new concrete. The job took several days and after it was completed, they cleaned everything up. Their price was comparable to others but they were running a special through Angies List, which helped.

Excellent. Isaac arrived on time, analyzed the problem, explained it in layman's terms, and recommended solution, with quote. He worked quickly, cleared drain, and recommended maintenance solution to avoid future visits. Friendly, personable, professional. A bit on the pricey side, but as always, high quality.

Called at approximately 4:30 AM. They were here by 6:00 AM. Found the leak and executed fix in timely manner. Very professional and efficient.

So a few days go by before I actually use the dishwasher. When I finally did use the dishwasher, it leaked across the floor. So I had to call someone to come out and find out what the problem was. Turned out the guy from Bob Oates did not secure the hose enough and that caused water to spill out and leak on the floor. Not good. I didn't bother to call this company back when water was coming out since I was disappointed by the unsatisfactory job from the first time. Also after the installer left, I turned on the cold water and the garbage disposal after dinner. There was a loud metal sound coming from the garbage disposal so I turned it off, and tried to see if there was anything that had somehow fallen into the garbage disposal but I couldn't find anything. It took 5 attempts of running the cold water, turning on the disposal, turning it off, inspecting the disposal, rinse and repeat again. On the 5th try, the noise stopped, but by then I was concerned about what it might be and why was that even happened. So I call the company, explained what happened, they send out the guy again, but by that time it really didn't help because the noise had stopped.

Failed piping was replaced. Pedestal sink was secured (it had been a little wobbly). Everything was explained well.

They had started to do the job and one of their tools was stuck in the line. They wanted to charge me for retrieving the tool. I don't remember how much it cost.

Fine . There was some delay and confusion setting up the appointment.

A plumber was at our house within 2-3 hours. The dispatch said there was a service call fee of $70 that could be applied towards work done, but after the plumber came and gave us an idea of what we were in for (including what we could do ourselves to save some $$$- THANK YOU) he seemed confident we'd be calling again soon, so he waived the fee.

Great experience. Bob Oates plumber, Jeovany, arrived exactly at 8am and was able to remove the clog. He so helpful, explained what he was doing and what he found. I was impressed that not only was he professional, but also left the work space spotless, in spite of bringing in equipment from the pouring rain. We had purchased the coupon for unclogging drains. As another reviewer noted, the price was exactly what was purchased online (except tax). We plan to have them back for another job in the future. good experience.

The technician arrived within the stated time window, cleared the clog, and remained long enough to make sure the problem was truly solved. He was polite and professional and was careful not to make a mess in the bathroom or track dirt on the carpets. Best of all, he knew exactly what he was doing. The problem has not recurred. The call cost more than I'd anticipated when first calling, but you get what you pay for - and this guy was really good! Excellent service - Bob Oates is highly recommended..
