They arrive during the window they said they would and performed the job quickly. Also looked at a broken door knob that was missing a screw and tried to replace it but it was stripped. He suggested I bring the piece into the shop and replace it. I took it in the following day and although they didn't have a replacement, he was able to fix it while I waited; NO CHARGE. Great customer service!

I was pleased with the entire transaction, from the time of my initial phone call until the conclusion of our service call. When initially setting up the appointment, I had several questions which the locksmith patiently answered. We scheduled a date and time to re-key the locks on my new home and I was pleasantly surprised when the locksmith arrived as committed. The gentleman was extremely polite and friendly and quickly took care of all of our needs. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to you!

After work was completed they hit me with a surprise ''service charge'' and labor charge. Cost was about 140.00 more than what I was told on the phone. 240.00 to re-key 4 doors. Won't call them again.

The service rep was on time and worked quickly. The job was completed in under 30 minutes! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and they were able to work with my schedule. Everyone was very pleasant and I would highly recommend Bergmans!

Kevin was on time, polite, and professional. Three trips were needed to complete the work, but Kevin stuck to his original estimate and did not charge for the extra trips. On the first trip, Kevin noticed that one of the new knobs had a defective spring mechanism. On the second trip he brought another new knob, but had trouble drilling into the foundation wall to install brackets in the basement. All work was completed on the third trip. Payment was requested only after the completion of all work. Again, Kevin was pleasant and very professional.

Tracy was prompt and fast, even though he came across the lake from Seattle to Bellevue. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. He even gave us the new mechanism free. I was frankly amazed. Use these guys!

BERGMAN'S DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP AS SCHEDULED, ARE EFFICIENT, ORGANIZED AND DO QUALITY WORK. THEY HAVE HELPED US TO SIMPLIFY THE LOCKS IN DUPLEXES AND ARE VERY EFFICIENT WHEN CHANGES OF LOCKS ARE NEEDED.

OTHERS HAD SUGGESTED THAT THE DOOR WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED AS THEY COULD NOT GET TO THE INSIDE AREA TO DO A REPAIR.
