The invoice was sent as soon as I had made the appointment. A reminder email was sent a week before the appointment and the service person called 15 minutes before arrival and arrived exactly as promised. After a review of what we needed to have cleaned the hoses were brought in, including protectors for the wall corners . The carpet was treated in high traffic areas and soon all areas were clean and totally spot free. The whole process took about 1 hour and was excellent . Great customer service and a great service provider. We will absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them ! A+

They were friendly and courteous on the phone, gave me a firm estimate and were able to come out quickly to help with an allergy problem we were having in our new home. They used a truck mounted system that wasn't as loud as some carpet cleaners have been in the past so my pets weren't traumatized. I thought he worked very hard, efficiently and did a great job. The price was excellent as well. The house has a clean fresh smell and the carpet was just barely damp when he left. I couldn't be happier. What more could you ask for?

After having another carpet cleaner no-show on me with not even a phone call, I called Anderson Carpet Cleaning on the off chance that someone could come out right away (that day) and clean the carpets in my two story home. I spoke with a very nice woman on the phone (turns out it is the owner's wife). She asked me to hold on the line, and she would see if there was any possibility they could come clean for me that day. It turned out that Steve, the owner, was able to come at 4pm that day. A lifesaver as I had an event to host at my home that weekend! Steve was prompt, professional, friendly, and thorough. My carpets were filthy, and I was amazed how he was able to make them look almost new again. He took extra care with the stains and was just a great guy. He even went over a room again after my new dog decided to immediately make a mess on the clean carpet. I was so impressed with his thorough job with the carpets, I hired him on the spot to pressure wash my driveway, sidewalk, and back patio (he has a professional machine for cleaning concrete). Thanks Steve and Anderson Carpet Cleaning! You guys rock!

Steve was great. I called him late Tuesday and he was able to come by as early as Wednesday evening/Thursday morning. He arrived on time and was successful in removing all the stains and restoring our couch/sofa to their former glory in just a few hours. The cost was reasonable and was able to utilize some of the coupons on the website. I am also happy because there is no chemical smell in the house. I will certainly use the company again.

Anderson's technician, Charlie, did a really good job on my carpets. We've lived in this area for 5 years and this is by FAR the best cleaning we've had. The technician got out ALL the stains. He was as thorough as I would have been if I had rented a machine - but he had better chemicals and a more powerful machine than I would have had - so he did a much better job than I could have. I've been switching carpet companies trying to find a good one since we moved here. Usually they race through the house and fail to get out a few stains. I'm not gonna switch around anymore; these guys have my business from now on. The carpet took 8 hours to dry in most places and 36 hours to dry on the stairs. (I turned up the heat a bit but didn't set up any fans). This long drying time is OK with me because the carpets are actually clean. I had a coupon for $249 to do the whole house.

I did not think that the carpets got quite as clean and it did not seem that his equipment was as heavy duty. However, he worked hard for sure and did the entire house for $200. He was definitely cheaper but may be not as thorough or deep clean and maybe he could not get all the stains out. He would probably match the others but the quality might be a little less. He definitely worked very hard but he did not have the same type of equipment. He did not chit chat. He just got to work and did the whole thing. The carpets were clean. He was neat and professional but I think may be it seemed to just come a little cleaner. I probably would use him again in the future.

I really like this company! The quality of their work is great. Also, they offer a flat rate for cleaning, so there are never any hidden fees. I always find coupons for them in the mail.

They were fine. The owner was the one who came out and cleaned. He was very responsive and professional. He came out and did the work well. I have no negative comments but only positive comments. The carpets, the way it came out was fine and I don't know what extraordinary would have been getting the stands out of our bonus but I don't even think that was possible. He did a good job. He was prompt and professional. I would recommend him. I don't remember the exact price but it was a fair deal.

It was great. Taylor, an employee of the company was very professional, polite, and did a wonderful job. He was able to remove any stains that were in the carpet.

The price was provided over the phone during appointment setting and was exactly what I was charged. Steve, the owner, was on time and moved quickly - but thoroughly - through the house. He kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent service and yes, I'd hire him again!!

I have several pet stains and some misc. stains of which most came out but a few did not. The owner told me that they were either older stains or that my dog had eaten something that has left a permanent stain and he could not remove those. He works very hard and was careful working around my furniture. The carpets remain pretty damp afterward and took all day with my windows open to fully dry but he does put styrofoam pads under all the wooden legs on furniture. For the money, I think he does a great job, but if you have specific stains or possibly want a stain repellent treatment afterward, I'd look elsewhere. If you're on a tight budget and need your whole house cleaned in a jiffy, he's the one to call! You can't beat the price.

A friend recommended us to them. They did a really great job and they really brightened up the carpet. They were very professional. They cleaned up everything and everything was just as I wanted it.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY COST EFFECTIVE. ANDERSON WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT. MY RUGS AT OUR OLD HOUSE WHICH WERE 10 YRS OLD LOOKED LIKE NEW WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
