Anderson Carpet Cleaning

Anderson Carpet Cleaning was great! Travis came out in a timely manner, cleaned all our carpets and special treated various areas. Some of the stains reappeared after the carpet dried (which is a common occurrence depending on the spot). Travis came out and took care of those areas promptly. Now even the areas with stubborn stains look like new. We will not hesitate to rehire them in the future!

Lisa and team are as good as they get, on time and right on budget. Very professional and really know how to clean the right way. I had some stubborn spots that they wiped out, could not even find where they were. Not only would i hire again, I refer all my friends to them.

Used Royal Carpet cleaning, Tucson, nice young man, who did a fine job and the price was reasonable.

Arrived on time, work was performed with attention to being in and out and not disrupting our day. Professional technician that pointed out the need for stain treatment in areas we were not aware of and treated them without additional cost. Long time client that will continue to use Anderson for future cleaning needs.

Excellent. They were able to remove 3 month old stains (2 year old grandson blueberry juice spill) from light colored living room carpet. Will certainly use again.

The cleaning went in a such a manner that i don't have anything to report...apart from clean carpets. The best experience is when you tell somebody what you need and it just gets done without much involvement or follow-up from your side. That was what happened. Michael (the technician) came, I showed him the house, and went to sit on the deck. Two hours later it was done. Carpets clean! Never had carpets cleaned professionaly before. So, nothing to compare - but given the experience will definitely do it again. And hire Anderson :) Thank you

Lisa provides outstanding customer service and her team is awesome! They have a great truck mounted system that cleans very nicely. Also spot removal was great as well. The technician was there on-time and called prior to arrival. All the positive reviews I am sure are well deserved by this well run company.

Lisa was very quick to return my call and scheduled service faster than I'd expected. And was happy accommodate my need for a Saturday right between our stressful move and leaving for a short vacation. Henry arrived right on time, was efficient, clean and careful. And best of all, Henry was successful at removing the aluminum oxide stain from about a third of my lovely pillow top mattress that the movers had caused. When we got back from vacation we had our comfy mattress back, dry, fresh smelling and good as new.

Excellent. The cream-colored carpet on our stairway was creamy again. Looks like new with no army of dark footstep up the middle! Then came despair! Why did we ever use any other service before? An earlier cleaning with a different company didn't produce such stellar results. Michael did a wonderful job. He was on time, neat and extremely professional. We liked the fact that he stopped several times to ask if we were satisfied with his work to that point. We were. Thank you Anderson Carpet.

Always great service from Anderson. I wish I hadn't waited so long to review as I'm not sure I remember the tech who did our cleaning. I think it was Henry, my apologies to him if I'm wrong. Friendly, personable and above all cared about doing a good job.

Anderson Carpet Cleaning has done my carpets several times now. They have always been punctual, professional and polite. Furniture was moved and protected and the carpets look great. Will use them again!

I have used Anderson for the last few years, but this time was a little different and felt the need to write a review. They normally do a good job, thus the reason I have used them for a few years... but this time their exemplary service noted a review... I had a scheduled day and time and the technician called to come early... unfortunately after finishing the upstairs his hose started leaking and was have some issues to fix the problem. He had to leave for a bit to get a part, which unfortunately didn't fix the problem. He struggled a bit trying to get my job done, as he didn't want to inconvenience me to make another appt. needless to say, he was here longer than expected. After noticing the next day, that some of the spots and areas he cleaned after the hose issue, didn't seem to get as clean as normal, I emailed Lisa and within minutes she had contacted me by phone to see what she could do to make it right? I had told her that I wasn't emailing her for compensation, I just wanted to let her know that when issues with equipment happen, that maybe they should just come back another time... but she insisted to make it right and had another technician come back the next day and re do any areas I felt needed to be redone. I was more than happy with the results and so appreciated the fact that she cared so much to make it right. My carpets looked great and I was as happy as I normally am when using their service. They are all very professional, caring people. and the technicians work so hard to get all the spots ect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed a good carpet cleaning with professional caring people.

Very nice and professional to work with. Thought the cost was a bit high for the small square footage (and I had removed all items from the rooms other than 1 couch and 1 table that both stayed in place during cleaning)), but I was willing to pay for quality service. Carpets were nicely cleaned, but were quite damp/wet when work was finished. Was a very hot day and I was told carpets would be dry by the evening and furniture could be replaced. However, carpets were still quite damp at 9pm. I ended up waiting until midday the following day to confidently return furniture. Overall, a good experience and I am happy with the final results, but I was disappointed that carpets were left so wet.

I really don't remember the exact cost as it has been a long while ago. We had a coupon for $249 for our whole house. We had more than 12 stairs, so the cost was increased by $5 per stair. Filtration was quite a bit extra and I only had some parts done. Filtration is the grime that appears on the carpet near the walls due to the air currents in the house. It is difficult to get out. Anderson Carpet has been around for a long time. Harry and his helper did a great job. My very light carpet went from being very dirty due to years without cleaning it to sparkling clean. In fact, it had never been steam cleaned in 18 years, although we had a few rooms done in a different manner during that time. Harry took a great deal of time and made my carpet beautiful. He showed me how dirty the water was in his truck and that was remarkable. Yikes! It took much longer to dry than than Harry told me. The explanation was that, because they worked on it so long, a lot of water had accumulated. The implication being that, if it hadn't been so dirty, it would have dried more quickly. Some areas of the carpet turned brownish orange. But Harry came back to get rid of the oranging problem with an apparently magical spray. He was kind enough to give me a bottle of it so that if any additional spots came up, I could take care of it.. They spent a lot of time here. Did a great job and had a great attitude. Harry has pride in his work and is a part owner. My 18 year old carpet looked practically brand new when they were done with it, although I had originally thought we were going to have to replace it before selling out house. The service was a bit pricier than some but it was well worth it . It means a lot when a company is a pleasure to work with.

THey did a fabulous job! The staff were professional, on time and careful in our house. The carpet dried quickly and was not too wet when they left. Look forward to having them out again.

We used Anderson for a cleaning before the holidays and again in January. Pleased both times with promptness and service.

Technician arrived to assess whether or not pet stains could be treated and cleaned successfully. When he said they could, he had a free hour, and proceeded to clean the carpet immediately. The majority of the stains were cleaned, and the citrus cleaner left a pleasant smell. The entire experience was very good.

All the carpets were clean above expectation. Areas that received additional spot treatment and attention were marked. Carpets were deodorized and the area rugs look like new. The final bill was less than the estimate because the cleaner was dissatisfied with the result of attempts to clean some of the spots/stains. I also scheduled the cleaning three weeks in advance only to have to change the time of day for the cleaning to follow the movers. Lisa was helpful rescheduling after regular work hours. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I've used Anderson Carpet Cleaning exclusively since moving here, because the work is fantastic and you can't beat the and quot;Whole house - one priceand quot; business model. We have a 3300 sq ft place with more carpet than I would like, and they always do a fantastic job including the treatment of spots/stains, stairs, etc. They are careful about placing bumpers on corners to avoid damaging staircases or trim, and movable furniture is placed on small pads to keep it off the carpet while it dries. Steve Anderson, the founder, sold this business about 5 months back and Lisa, the new owner, thankfully has kept both the business model Steve created and the service levels while appearing to be expanding the business with professional technicians with experience. Definitely a useful, annual service!
