Well.

Bill was the 3rd person I had out for an estimate, and he was the most professional out of all 3 I had. He knew exactly what I wanted - after hearing at most a sentence from me, he pulled out a brochure and pointed to a fence style and said, "Like this?" and it was exactly what I wanted. When the estimates came back, Alpine's was actually the most expensive, but I chatted withy Bill and he said he was willing to match the other estimates, so I was ecstatic to get the company I wanted at the best price! It was important for me to the company be very professional and trustworthy as I was home recovering from surgery while the installation was done, and they definitely were. Bill was great about getting back to me ASAP with any questions I had, as well as checking in to see how the fence was going (as well as how I was healing!) I think the thing that made these guys go beyond other companies was the obvious attention to detail- I had told Bill this fence was to make our yard dog ready- not only did they install a great fence, they even added in small 6 in' panels connecting the fence to structures (garage, greenhouse) which I was not expecting, but was so great!

We're very happy with the quality of the fence and the time it took them to complete the job.

This company was very professional and provided return e mails and phone calls promptly. Bill was in charge of providing the estimate, he came by the property exactly when he agreed too, he is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was unable to hire this company due to my very tight completion date requirement.

They were very responsive. An estimate was given and the work was excellent quality. The skilled workmanship is exceptional. The price was very fair and I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone needing similar work.

The response to my inquiry was quick; they showed up for the estimate the next day. I was given lots of good suggestions beyond the specific scope of their part of the work. They went out of their way to accommodate a very tight schedule driven by my moving date. The work was done professionally and beautifully. The guys that put up the fence were quiet and unobtrusive and worked steadily and methodically. I thought the total cost was a bit pricey ($700 higher than next highest estimate). That aside, because of Alpine Fence's responsiveness and excellent work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again.

I'd say after we got scheduled, which in spring/summer is problematic, the guys were on the spot. Day 1 - poof the old fence was gone and new posts were up. Since they came in a Friday, I asked them to put up temp fencing to secure the backyard from any "stray" folks, and that was great. On Monday, the fence was up, in place and had to install the gates - which was on Wednesday. Real professional folks who took pride in their work. Their attention to detail, and doing what I asked them to do was great.

Things were great start to finish. Met with the sales associate and project manager (Bill) to discuss the project scope and design I wanted. He came up with some good design recommendations and after collecting 2 other bids I thought that it would be easiest to work with Alpine. They were available immediately and started the next week by first meeting with us to further discuss project specifics and then tearing down and removing the old fence. They started laying the "posts on steel" which are supposed to provide great stability to the overall fence. They finished the entire fence in about 3.5 days and everything looks great. The fence is sturdy, gates are well made, and the overall design is exactly what we wanted. There was a slight issue regarding a new gate that needed to be installed, but Bill and the Alpine team took care of it immeidately and of no cost to me. I would recommend Alpine fence and you should definitely give them a call if you're thinking about getting a new fence.

The fence turned out perfect and I had no complaints at all. Their communication was very thorough and I was always updated on everything including scheduling. Their customer relations were good. Their customer sales rep came by with the laborers both days and he updated me a number of times. The quality was excellent. They were very consistent and I was very happy. I would definitely consider using them in the future.

We were impressed by the professional way the estimate was handled. Also the company arrived promptly, on time, and did a good overall job. There were one or two problems, however. The fence touches the ground rather than sits an inch or so above it for part of the span, and we are concerned that this will encourage wood rot. Also clean-up was not as efficient as the actual building of the fence. We found several piles of discarded concrete that we then had to remove, either tucked under the ivy or left out near the property line. There were also a couple of fence posts each side of the one they repaired that we had understood would also be taken care of.. So while we felt the overall job was well done, we do not feel we could give this company an "A" for the quality of the job.

Half of the length of one side of back yard fence had come down during a wind storm this past winter. I called several fence companies for estimates. I was very impressed with Alpine. They set a day and time for the repair. The staff arrived on time and completed the job the same day. All of the old fence was hauled away and the yard was left neat. The manager came out the next day and inspected the work done. I appreciated the fact that he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the job. It was truely a great experience.

The estimate was for $1200, and by golly that's what I was billed, even though I changed my mind about details, had them add an extra foot (cedar "paneled in" privacy fence with top rail and beveled post tops), and do a separate post for a different project. Art was the estimator, right on time. He wanted to go over some details, and met at an odd convenient time for me (6:30 AM), their crew was on time too, neat and efficient! Price was much less than other estimates, service and quality was great. Would definitely use again.

The project went without a hitch. There was some coordinating of schedules, and everything came together. Concrete pour and post placement, then a few days later the fence panels went in. The two gates they installed look seamless, though up close they are stepped back a few inches from the fence - a nice effect considering we didn't have them build an arbor over the gates.

Very happy with Alpine! I got estimates from a number of companies, and Bill from Alpine was the most professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Once we decided to go with Alpine, they quickly added our project to their workload and got started within a couple of days. The crew was very professional. They showed up on time, worked hard, and did a great job on our fence. In 3 days, we had exactly the fence that we had agreed upon in the beginning. Our neighbors all love it too. All in all, we are very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Alpine!

If you have ever worked with fence contractors, I am sure you realize how expensive and sometimes unreliable they can be to work with. Trust me you need to work with Ron at Alpine Fence. He came by the same day that I called to estimate the work (just because he was in the neighborhood). Then he fixed the gate for FREE. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to work with a company that treats it's customer's like they are appreciated.

Alpine Fence did a very good job. The fence they put up looks great. They were very responsive. They are reliable. The price we paid was reasonable. They could have done a better job cleaning up. They left a lot of nails in our yard.

Alpine Fence did a very good job working with us to decide on a style of fence and installed it very well. The fence is beautiful. The price was more expensive than we had anticipated, but the quality is very good and overall the fence is beautiful. We get a lot of comments about how beautiful the fence is.

I would go to work and come home to new surprises, and always good ones. By the end of the week, the work was done, and the fence-line looks great.

The customer service from the very first phone call was outstanding. They returned calls before the time they specified. The estimate that they provided was not the lowest price I had received. However, they matched the lower bid price with no objections. Plus they did not make me wait to complete the work. We got it scheduled within 1 day of the estimate. The workers showed up 15 minutes early. They were very professional and polite. Then the icing on the cake was the call I received from the owner on Monday (work was done on Saturday) just to ask how I liked it. I could not ask for anything more. Compared to some of the other "bigger named" companies that I received estimates from, they are definitely the best.

A great experience! They delivered a beautiful fence on budget and on time. They were great about communicating with me about price and timing. I worked with Bill Budd, he was very nice and very honest. I would do business with them in the future!

ALPINE WAS PROMPT WITH THE BID AND RIGHT THERE WITH THE OTHERS AND THEY ACTUALLY WERE WILLING TO DO IT ON SHORT ORDER. THE RENTERS HAD A YOUNG DAUGHTER AND WE WANTED THE FENCE UP QUICK. THEY WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO SQUEEZE IT IN AND THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB.
