The experience was average.

We initially called on 2/23. An appointment was set for 3/20 with Rick for an estimate. Rick was right on time and listened to what we had in mind and asked clarifying questions. We received an estimate on cost and schedule within a few days. The posts were installed on 4/13. The entire fence was complete on 4/16. Rick called back within a few days to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

Scheduled an estimate, had to book two weeks out due to their busy schedule. The day they were supposed to come out they called and canceled due to an emergency with the estimator. They could not reschedule me for another 2 weeks??? I told them if they could not come out within the next couple days to forget it. I never heard back from them. Guess they do not need my business.

We couldn't be happier with this fence. Tom (salesperson) was very knowledgeable and spent the time educating us on fencing and materials when no other fence company we talked to took the time to do it. However, All City is a little more expensive but we felt that they took care of everything and did an amazing install so it was worth it. They were also able to accomodate a target date we had in mind and we appreciated that. We applied Penofin ourselves 3 weeks after install, as advised by All City to protect it.

ALL CITY FENCE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL BIDS RECEIVED BUT DEFINITELY WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL OF ALL THAT I MET WITH. WHEN THE CONTRACT WAS PRESENTED AND SIGNED THE WORK WAS DONE RIGHT ON TIME AND THE WORK ACTUALLY EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE LISTENED TO MY NEEDS FOR FENCING. THE OUTCOME WAS WHAT I HAD REQUESTED. THE WORK PERFORMED WAS TO MY SATISFACTION.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH ALL CITY FENCE IS THAT THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND THEY CUSTOMIZE WORK TO THE CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE WORK THAT THEY DO.

THE FENCE LOOKS NICE. IT IS NOT AN ARCHITECTURAL FENCE CREATED BY A CRAFTSMAN, BUT IT IS FUNCTIONAL AND LOOKS GOOD. SOME OF THE HINGES AND LOCKS NEEDED TO BE FINED TUNED BY OUR CRAFTSMAN, BUT THE OVERALL QUALITY IS GOOD.

AN ALL CITY REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT TO OUR HOME - AFTER CAREFULLY MEASURING, THEY GAVE US A BID FOR THE PROJECT. THEY LATER INSTALLED THE FENCING AS WELL. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.
