Description of Work: I paid for a Big Deal for 2 hours of electrical work for $149.00 back on July 22nd. The contractor called and could not make any of the times I suggested - so i settled for a date that was about a month away which was yesterday 8/18/14. When i called i requested an afternoon time which he said he could not make...so i settled for a morning time. Yesterday 8/18 when he did not show up in the AM nor call...i called him around noon. He stated he had me scheduled for after noon...i told him that was weird because i'd specifically requested and afternoon time when i first called and he said he couldnt make it. I asked if he could make it this week at all - he stated yes...but that he would need to call me right back. It is now the next day and I have not heard from him. I do not see any reason why i should continue to wait for one contractor when there are hundreds in the area. I am in business myself..and whether something costs $149 or $1499 I still give the same level of customer service. I hope this is something that this company can consider in the future. I have had excellent service from other Angies List contractors so still love the program!

Description of Work: Holley talked me out of replacing a bathroom fan. He said the one I had was fine and should return the one I had bought. That saved $300 in labor. Holley installed two under cabinet led strips which were hard wired to an on/off switch. He also installed three four-foot lighting fixtures in my garage, which replaced three existing fluorescent fixtures. The fluorescent fixtures did not work well and had been incorrectly wired. I had used AAAC Electric previously and will use them again.
