Arrived promptly at appointed time. Did a good job and clean up well afterwards. Whole job took less than 30 minutes. Fan installed is much quieter and more powerful. Highly reocmmended

Will Hansen and his father (a lifelong electrician himself) came promptly within their specified time and called first to let me know they were on their way so I could secure our 'pup' so we didn't lose her out the front door. This was a difficult reinstallation of a non-functioning knob and tube outlet in our 1920's home. They had all the right equipment, were careful with our home, and had the patience to complete a rather complicated task due to structural barriers in the wall opposite the outlet. This was definitely not a do it yourself project, and it was completed within the 2 hours of our big-deal purchase. We have them returning in a couple weeks for more challenges and will keep them on our who-to-call list.

Went very well. Professional and efficient install in requested location. Coming back to install canned light in Kitchen.

Fantastic- they were on time, professional, trouble-shooting the problems, solved the problems- then when one of the outlets they had worked on did not work I phoned and they returned within days to fix the outlet again- no charge. My husband and I strongly recommend Will and JR. We have so much experience in the construction arena and we are so impressed with the quality of this group's work. They are also extremely nice people. Professional, courteous, fair pricing,and excellend workmanship.

They did nothing, They came over 2 hours early and woke me up. They came in and bascially asked the problem. I let them know that i dont have electricity in parts of my home. He started picking apart my system and said he couldn't even touch some of it! Then acted like he was going to leave. I asked is that it!? So he went upstairs and started looking through everything. He ripped down my fan and put it back together, now it is crooked and also my phone doesn't work at all. He left within 45 minutes and didnt stay the entire 2 hours or do any of the work that he was supposed to. He was so unprofessional. Now I have to pay someone to fix my phone and fix my fan.

Tech arrived on time, was friendly, got to work, troubleshooted the braker box, and was out within half an hour. He also provided an estimate on replacing my braker box when asked.

I was pleased with all the work provided. AC Electric provided the Panasonic brand bathroom exhaust fans. We were upgrading to a higher CFM, as the builder had installed the minimum, and it wasn't sufficient for the rooms concerned. The new fans are significantly more quiet than the old. We had them come back and install a ceiling fan we purchased in our master. They were efficient and left the work area nice and clean. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Provider arrived during the window we had set and the work was performed perfectly.

They were professional and finished the job in two hours. They did what they said they would do with no hassle.

The only thing I can complain about the $89 service fee if they have to come out - but then I suppose most companies have to pay their gas. Overall the support, price and performance has been exceptional! I wouldn't use anyone else in the Tacoma or Olympia greater metro area for your HVAC, heating or air conditioning needs.

Very timely and responsive team. They were on time, respectful and efficient. The job was done quickly and they were very good at explaining the issue to prevent any further problems.

JR and his dad, Will, came and did the work in a very quick and professional manner. They obviously knew what they were doing. I was amazed at how efficient they were! I would DEFINITELY use them again for any work involving electrical equipment installation. What's more, they seem to be very well connected with other local professional services involving ducting and drywall work. To sum up, I was very impressed! This was a very refreshing experience, after a near disastrous experience with a fly-by-night outfit that did our bathroom remodeling job, and then skipped town without bothering to to pay their subs. Guess who got to pay the subs?

Nothing happened. The vendor wanted an additional $125 to provide a fan with a light, that is way to much. I did inform the vendor that I am cancelling the deal.

I called Will Hanson to see if it was possible to remove a defective stove that had been hard wired in the kitchen and to make a replacement stove usable by adding an electrical cord to it. I also needed an outlet to plug in the replacement stove. Will told me what kind of electrical cord I needed to buy and we later set up an appointment. Will was very prompt and was able to do the job in just one hour. He also recommended someone who would haul away the defective stove, who I eventually used. I was satisfied with the job and will probably use AC Electric Services in the future.

Excellent service....it was almost too good to be true he was so good. Punctual, polite he was amazing!

It went well. They came out within a week. They were very prompt in responding. They did all of the work as promised. It is working perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

Will installed a bath vent fan for me. These guys are straightforward, they get in, get out, do the work as described and leave the place as clean. Personally, I value that a lot. On a subsequent project, Will met me on site and was able to switch hats and talk through a number of options we had on a rewire project I had on another home. He was patient, let me get through a bunch of questions I had and answered them in detail. It's clear he knows his stuff. He's working on a bid, but the ballpark numbers we through around were reasonable. I've had to do work/deal with a number of vendors over the years and Will is a good one to work with.

Everything went fine with AC Electric Service. They were prompt and professional. They did what I wanted and they did a great job. They worked quickly. It looks very nice. They seemed really good and quick and professional.

Both arrived on time and placed tarp down on floor and set about to work. It was a flawless transition from old fan to new. They were professional and did it all in 30 mins.
