We received the estimate and scheduled the work. We had no other transportation so they drove us home and when ready, picked us up. We explained that we would be out of town when the car was complete and they kept it for us in a secure location. These people were absolutely wonderful. They also did a fabulous job. The car looks llike new.

I have worked with this company 3 times. They are prompt, professional, and do what's promised.

They did an excellent work on both of my cars. The insurance paid for one of the cars. There was a part that was missing a cosmetic part and they had no problem in ordering it and letting me know as soon as it was in and getting it on. So their follow up was very good.

There were not any surprises. They did what I asked. Their prices were reasonable and the job was done on time. The employees were very professional and polite.

They gave me a rental car and they got my car in right away. They got the work done right away and I was very happy with the job that they did. They were very professional and nice to work with. I felt they did a pretty good job of keeping me updated during the process, but I did have to call them towards the end because they were delayed a day.

They were really efficient and on task and they completed the job in a timely manner. The other side however, is that there was one little ding that they missed. But they did a fine job.

Prompt estimate and booking; the job was even completed earlier than expected. The damage was completely taken care of and the car looks brand new. Only complaints are that the car now has a strong paint smell inside (which I was told would go away in a few weeks) and that there were some strange marks and dust left on the interior. I called about these problems and was asked to bring the car right back and the technician cleaned everything up right away (though I'm still living with the paint smell one week later).

I was sent to Aurora Collision by the insurer of the driver who was at fault in the accident. Their service was impeccable: friendly, efficient, and thorough. The office is clean and welcoming. The final cost came within a few dollars of the initial estimate. Highly recommended.

On December 10th at 5:30pm, I phoned Aurora Collision Center to discuss bringing my vehicle in for an estimate and repairs. I was told to just bring it in the following morning. I took off from work and drove across town to Aurora Collision Center on December 11th, 9:30am. I was only then informed that estimates were by appointment only. I didn't have time to take off from work again for a while, so I had to skip scheduling repairs. Though this didn't cost me any money, it was a major inconvenience for my particular situation, and enough of a deterrent to look elsewhere.

First and foremost - the result of the work is perfect; in some ways better than before (seriously). I can not overstate my gratitude and admiration for the office staff at Aurora Collision. They essentially managed a very bumpy relationship with an uncooperative insurance company (not mine) from start to finish. While everything did not always go well (because of the insurance company), Aurora Collision was on top of everything and kept me informed. This was a tremendous relief - as the aftermath of a car accident is a logistical and organizational pain... that can absorb your attention for weeks. I was able to simply forget about it and move on, until the car was ready. While I hope I don't have reason to in the near future - if I ever have a need, I will go back.

I was referred to this company by my insurance company. They worked very well with the other insurance company as well as the rent-a-car company. They had a car waiting for me to drive away in. The place was very clean.

I was very pleased with the company. They were very friendly and professional. They told me exactly what they were going to do, and they did it. They minimized the cost of the repairs without skimping on quality. The result looks good as new.

I was able to make a convenient appointment for the estimate and schedule the work for early the next week to fit my schedule. It's a friendly and efficient shop and though I hope I don't have to go back again soon, I'd certainly recommend them to friends.

The car looks and drives as well as the day we bought it. The staff took the time to explain all of the repairs that were needed. The whole thing took 3 weeks. Luckily for most of that time, we were on vacation but the parts did take awhile to arrive so our delivery date was "floating" initially. Our insurance paid for almost all of the bill and Aurora Collision was chosen by them. But we would recommend this vendor based on our experience.

THEY GOT ME IN RIGHT AWAY AND DEALT WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR ME AS WELL. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL AND GOT IT DONE FAIRLY QUICKLY. MY WINDOW DOES NOT SEEM TO BE 100% AIRTIGHT ANY MORE THOUGH. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WAS SOMETHING THEY DID, OR JUST A RESULT OF HAVING TO HAVE A DOOR WINDOW REPLACED.

THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE CAR IN SOON AFTER THE ESTIMATE. DROP OFF AND PICKUP WAS CONVENIENT. SERVICE WAS GOOD AND THEY WENT OVER THE ENTIRE BILL. THEY WERE ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE COMPLETED JOB WAS EXCELLENT. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO PAINT THE ENTIRE CAR, THE INSURANCE COMPANY HANDLED THE PAYMENT. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE KNOWN MY OPTIONS FOR PAINTING THE ENTIRE CAR. THEY DID GIVE ME A BREAK WHEN I DISCUSSED IT WITH THEM LATER, BUT THE COST WAS TOO MUCH.
