The move went extremely well. There was a ton of work to do, and the three-man crew did it flawlessly. They were punctual, polite, pleasant, and professional. They worked hard and well. I was especially impressed by their packing abilities -- first fitting our stuff into the truck, then re-packing it into a storage unit. Before the job, Chris did a good job getting us set up. He persuaded me to use a 3-man crew rather than the 2-man crew I had originally thought to use, and I'm glad he did. The 3-man crew was the right way to go. My wife and I were very happy with the results. We consider it money well spent. These guys were great to deal with. We give them the highest ratings and will certainly use them again in a few months, when we move out of our apartment and head out of state. We highly recommend Aaron Glide.

The loaders were professional and very adept at packing a lot of things into the allotted space on the truck. The owner of Aaron Glide in particular was impressive. From my first phone call with him, I knew I was dealing with an ethical, honest person whose primary concern is ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Aaron Glide to anyone needing the company's services.

Shaun and Rob came to help us move in August. While we were a little late to get started, they made up for lost time, and aligned the start time to the charges. The manager doesn't like to do e-mail - which can be challenging when you're trying to coordinate a move between 3 places and two couples, but we made it work and I sent hime the details in letter form just in case. Let me just say that these two guys worked really hard and smart as a team on move day.Our move was organized to make it easy, but it only works if the guys in the driver seat are prepared and professional. They were all that. I rented the truck, one bigger than needed but it helped save time jockeying around the different pick up and drop offs - the price was the same. We went over the sequence and stops and worked together on an alternates or compromise When we go to the stops, they assessed what needed to happen and got to work They were professional, courteous, patient and calm to us as customers, no matter what they may have been thinking :-) The move took about 6-7 hours when they deducted lunch / break time. The did a walk through as they wrapped up for any issues or anything that needed additional set up or positioning before they left I followed them back and we dropped the truck The move was worth every penny it cost me and I tipped them well becasue they deserved it :-). Very happy with the work done by the crew (three of them). They packed and moved items carefully and worked incredibly hard. The only hiccup was that the gas grill got left behind. By the time we realized it, it was too late in the day to go get it and still get the truck back in time. Owner Chris took care of it though. He personally brought the grill over the next day and sent a couple of guys to lift it on to the deck the day after that.

They refused to move half of my belongings so they are still at the old house. Multiple pieces of furniture are now chipped and damaged. I had a very fragile leonardo davinci replica of the horse and now it has a huge chip in it due to them not wrapping it. They broke my tv. The tire blew out on one of the trucks and they blamed me because I was paying for the rental. The owner and his son were very unprofessional but the other workers were kind and good workers. There policy is electronics are not expected to work after they move them. They put holes in my wall. It turned out because all the furniture was stacked. I wasn't here for the first part of the move because I missed the ferry. They could only put things in the kitchen, storage room and family room, so I could not see most of the damage until things were cleared out. My bed has scratches, dings and chips. I told them there was fresh paint in the living room, but they put things up against it. I told them, but the walked away stating, "yeah, yeah, yeah.". My dresser has gauges and the joints are pulled out and swinging. I am missing multiple, valuable items. I saw them put my t.v. on the truck after I told them I had the box and foam. They put it on the truck and threw a blanket over it. They are stating they are not responsible for any broken, damaged or missing items. I paid the full bill and tipped the guys well before I realized all the damage. Before the move the owner called me drunk at 11p screaming "are you ready, yet!". I asked his son about this and he said, "that's probably true." After they took the job an hour and a half later they wanted to double the rates saying we're busy and you are using my stacking expertise. I said, "no." They left the dog house, pool table and everything I had that he knew weeks in advance. I had to hire another mover to go back and get the rest of my stuff. Now, to find out he damaged an original oil painting by Walfreido and art work hand made linen paper that is embossed. I'm missing a lot of jewelry. He told me not to empty the dressers. By the time I got into the dressers it was very obvious that some one had got into the drawers and taken stuff out. I told them not to go into the cupboard where my medication was. He talked about pills and jewelry. How would he know about the medicine and jewelry if they hadn't opened it up. I have witnesses who will attest to the damage, however he has threatened to sew me for liable and that my dog is vicious just because he barks at strangers. I have antique candle sticks missing, antique fire nozzles from the Chicago fire department, more antiques missing including a marble horse from the Mingh Dynasty and my great Aunt's Rolex watch. We had agreed they'd pick up everything.

Everything went very well. We had help for Aaron Glide on three separate dates (packing, loading, unload), and everyone was very punctual and professional. We have a lot of stuff, so everyone worked very hard to make sure everything got done in our time-frame. Our moving situation was unique, so we appreciated Christopher's flexibility. The value was very good compared to other moving services that we got quotes from. We had to do a little work (renting and returning the truck), but it was worth the savings. There was almost no damage from the move. Minor scrapes, etc are to be expected during any move in my opinion. Everyone was very careful with our things. My only complaint is that there were some metal dust marks on our carpet after unloading into our new home. These mostly vacuumed up, but not 100%. I think they were from furniture scraping the bottom of the truck. Not really Aaron Glide's fault, and you can't see them on the carpet anymore after working with them for the few minutes with the vacuum and a rag. All in all, we were very happy with the service we got from Aaron Glide. Thank you!

Aaron Glide, yes we used Aaron Glide for the moving. It cost around 750 dollars. Aaron was a good sales man. It is kind of a budget right now in the other company, I wouldn't recommend them to do that, using Aaron Glide, you have to rent your own haul to do it.

They responded right away to my initial Angie's List message, discussed the best approach for my needs, scheduled the work and arrived on time. There was a minimum number of hours and although this was a relatively small move, the items were all heavy and stairs were involved, so it was well worth the cost. The movers, Keenan and Dan, were very effective, careful and efficient. They were in and out well under the minimum time, but again, it was well worth it for us. I will definitely keep their contact info for any future moves and recommend their services.

Fantastic! This is the second time we have used Aarons. They were so careful and professional and took the stress out of the move. We will definitely use them again. Big THANKS to John and Shawn (the movers) and Chris, the owner is always so helpful. I tell everyone that is going to move to use them. I can't say enough good things about them!

They were very responsive with their communication, from the very beginning. I messaged them through Angie's list explaining what I was needing help with and John was very helpful. I spoke with Chris on the phone to set everything up and he was very thorough and got me all set for my move. On moving day, we had 3 men, Lonnie, KD and Daniel help us out. They were punctual and got right to work. They did a fantastic job packing our moving truck and made the best use possible of all the space. They were very careful with all of our belongings and I felt we were in good hands with them. Even though I felt we weren't 100% prepared for the move, they were very patient with us. They were very quick with unloading the truck and getting all of our furniture placed where we wanted it. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for quality movers. A+ communication and customer service!!!

The two guys that came over were very efficient. They packed up the car. They brought all the equipment needed. It was a very pleasant experience.

Three polite gentlemen showed up right on time. They did everything exactly as I asked, including "just leave these items here," "this goes in the garage for charity," etc, and they also suggested some safety details since I have little kids. They moved things as carefully and efficiently as possible. They paid attention to everything I asked for and did a thorough, quality job on everything--setting up the beds rather than just leaving the pieces there, etc. It was just like having my mom come help--someone who really does care and wants us to be comfortable & taken care of. Aaron Glide is a rare type of company, and I give them my highest recommendation!

I had a lot of packing around my furniture to make sure it did not get dented in the trailer. They unpacked all of that off the furniture, and they hauled it away which was very helpful because I did not have anything big to haul away that recyclable packing. They were very careful with the furniture. They made sure they did not dent or ding or hit any of the walls, and I have very big heavy solid wood furniture. They had to carry it upstairs and do a second-story master bedroom, and it was really worn out, but they really did a good job. I was really pleased with their work. The price was around $750 and I got $50 off for being an Angie’s list member. I was pleased with the price because they worked really hard for an extra hour and worked as fast they could. I was pleased with the amount of time that they took because I paid for their time. They did not sit around and twiddle their thumb. They worked hard every minute they were here.

John, Lonnie, and Ron showed up on time and well equipped. They had all of the wrapping material, tape, bubble wrap. They did a phenomenal job. We have a lot of large, heavy furniture pieces. They wrapped everything carefully then using a dolly moved the pieces to the POD and carefully placed everything. They were very strategic in their loading and packed so many boxes in with the furniture. We never could have loaded the POD as efficiently as they did. They had our house empty in four hours. They were well worth the cost. They were polite and worked quietly. They always asked if there were questions. I very much wish that we could use them at the other end of our move, but it is to a different state. They were very respectful of our house and our items.

It went really well. They sent 2 men and they were on time and went right to work loading up the truck. We drove the rental truck to Tacoma and they followed. When they arrived in Tacoma they got the truck unload in a timely manor. We had some really large pieces of furniture which they managed to get in and out of both houses without any damage. I was really happy with the job they did.

We were downsizing from a large home into a 1700 sq. ft condo. Several of our pieces of furniture were difficult to maneuver up a winding staircase and around impossibly tight corners but John, Ron and Shane were wonderful, and up for the challenge. They clocked in 10.5 hrs and worked very hard, always with a cheerful heart and great work ethic. We would definitely use them again and have already given their card to a couple family/friends who are planning moves soon.

Three movers came and moved all of our furniture and some boxes into storage. They arrived right on time and went to work immediately. They finished loading the truck and then on to the storage unit. Again, they were quick and efficient. About 10 days later, they met me at the storage unit and loaded the truck. They made short work of the move and everything was placed into the house as requested. They helped to set the beds up and then left.

Aaron Glide's movers showed up right on time to unload the 20' U-Haul truck we drove to Seattle in a cross-country move. The two movers were professional and courteous and got to work immediately. They really knew how to fill an elevator with belongings and had the truck unloaded in record time. We'd definitely hire them again for another move (though I hope we're settled for a while).

They were efficient and careful. They did a fantastic job, and saved myself and my partner a lot of very heavy lifting. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Wonderful movers! They called on a Friday to verify details for a Monday move. Showed up on time on Monday morning. Completed the move in a very professional and efficient fashion. Packed the truck nice and tight so nothing got moved in our in-town move. Unloaded exactly where we wanted everything. We were really happy with them!

We were very pleased with every aspect of this service. Scheduling was simple with no hassles, every step was on time. The price was right for the service and the attitudes of all empoyees were welcome. They moved all of our boxes and furnture into our home without damage, put everything where we asked it to go, and then installed a couple of beds that reqired installation. Excellent work at a good price, and a very user-friendly process. I'll use them again if we ever move.

Overall it went well. I had a friend involved - he couldn't help lift things due to an old injury so he "supervised" when I had to be running errands during the move. Everything was going fine until the crew had all the boxes moved into my new garage. I thought we were about finished. Then my friend said, don't you want some help getting the boxes from the garage into the apartment itself? He pointed out that I was paying a 4-hour minimum and we were only at about 2.5 hours. Of course I concurred! I hadn't realized there was that minimum and thought I would be paying less if I took care of moving the boxes that final distance myself. Then the "mood" changed - it was still a good experience, and Christopher, the owner, was wonderful to work with! But it was a sunny, Friday afternoon and it seemed the crew were anxious to get to the weekend. I tipped all 3 of the movers. There were a couple of broken dishes - these were ones I had double-wrapped in bubble wrap so they shouldn't have broken. (Nothing broke when I moved the boxes from my old house to the storage units!) I think they might have been a bit more "gentle" with the boxes. But overall it was a good experience and I'd use them again. Like I said, Christopher was great to work with.
