Excellent service! Anthony and Zach arrived on time (actually maintenance reported that they arrived 15 min earlier but were waiting patiently outside), they were efficient and treated our items with great care. We couldn’t believe that they had our 730 sq ft apt packed into a 15ft Uhaul in just over 2 hours! We would gladly use Aaron Glide Self Movers again. Thank you so much!!

I had debated about whether or not to rent storage cubes, but packing up our stuff quickly put the house into grid lock. I decided on a company for the cube rental, and turned to Angie's list for loading help. Aaron Glide answered first, and were most responsive. We set a date, and they thought that the two cubes could be loaded within their 3 hour minimum. The guys showed up exactly as planned, and worked steadily loading boxes. We had more room in the second cube than I expected (Great packing and use of space!) so I was able to clear out more boxes than planned. They were careful, professional even though the oldest of our dogs found a way to be underfoot. In about 2 1/2 hours the two cubes were loaded to the doors, and the load secured with rope ties inside. I know we will use them again for the 'big' move, when we will need a trailer to load. We had two loads we needed packed at two different dates. The first one went great. Anthony and Ben worked quickly and efficiently. I asked about hiring them again in two weeks to finish the move with a truck I had rented. They called back and said they would look into it. I then called the main office to look into dates. The first job was set up via a third party but I was told to call the office directly for a better price. I was informed that I would be expected to pay cash. This surprised me as I was ready to pay via card on the phone right then. He said maybe I could give them a check which was as good as it was going to get I guess. He then asked where I was moving to, after I gave him the same address the first job was for (out of state) he told me it was now a cash only job. He then lectured me about how he does business like I was an idiot. Too bad because I thought they did a real good job but the attitude and treatment of a customer is inexcusable by the home office (it looks like I am not the only one who has had issues with this person reading other reviews). I have gone elsewhere and cannot recommend because of the treatment of customers.

Our move in early November, 2018, went amazingly well. The two movers, John and Lonnie, were excellent workers. They were quick, strong and skilled. They encountered a snowstorm on I-90 with icy roads and narrowly missed being caught up in an accident. It was their experience with driving the trucks that helped them out of the situation. They are also seemed very experience with moving peoples belongings helpfully, carefully and pleasantly. What a team. Thanks guys.

I hired two movers from Aaron Glide to move my furniture from one apartment to another within the same building. I rented crates so that I could move the smaller items (like kitchen, bath, and shelving contents) on my own. I needed the movers for the heavy/bulky stuff. Before the moving day, they contacted me to confirm my date and time. The morning of the move, they had a cancellation and asked if they could arrive early. Unfortunately, my building maintenance was doing some work, so I requested they come at the previously discussed time. They did not have a problem with that. The movers arrived promptly at the specified time. They had the carts and straps they would need to move my furniture. They listened when I told them where to put the furniture. They helped me to place my area rug where I wanted it. They moved quickly and efficiently, while still being very careful with my things. They were finished way faster than I had expected, based on a similar move in the same building a year before. I tipped them well. Overall, the movers were very professional, efficient, punctual, and careful. I would definitely use Aaron Glide again.

This company lived up to its excellent reviews. From the initial call to the payment at end, the transaction was handled professionally and promptly. The lead man John kept us informed, worked extremely hard, and was very knowledgeable.

We were highly satisfied with Aaron Glide Self Mover. Three workers arrived exactly on time and got started. They packed our pods like tetris masters and filled every nook and cranny. Their excellent packing ended up meaning we only had to use two pods rather than three, saving us hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Our only complaint was that several boxes which were clearly labeled Fragile were packed on the bottom of stacks. A few small items were cracked in the process. Overall we were pleased.

They did great job. Came on time and perform professionally. I will recommend them to my friends if they have need of moving.

It went very well. There was a cancellation so they were able to schedule me very quickly. 2 men arrived when they were scheduled and were very personable and professional. They got the job done within the minimum amout of time and I was very happy with the results.

They arrived on time and were very fast and professional with every aspect of the move, from protective wrapping and systematically placing everything in the truck. Everything was intact! And they were very careful not to damage our brand new floor or any walls. Highly recommend!

These guys were awesome! I was provided written and verbal instructions for exactly what to expect, estimated costs and how to make the move go smoothly. The moving guys were super friendly, professional and prompt. Absolutely will hire again next time.

This is a mixed review. The company seems solid. One of the two movers had a very poor attitude. Chris, the company contact, could not have been more obliging. He was able to work the move in on short notice. He offered to do the job for a much better price than other quotes. I was confident this would be a great experience based on the Angie's List review and the Super Service Award. The movers arrived at my daughter apartment on time. One mover must have been having a very bad day. He was upset that he had to move a sleeper sofa. He made sarcastic statements toward my adult daughter and make her feel uncomfortable. He called her "made in America by a quality manufacturer" sleeper sofa a piece of junk. When I called the company after hearing my daughter's feedback, they were apologetic for the bad attitude and shocked by the mover' behavior. I was assured that Chris would talk with the mover about my complaint. I would hire Aaron Glide movers again. Based on the other experiences of other Angie's List members, I believe I had a one-off experience. I would ask Chris to carefully vet the movers who were coming to do the work. Especially, if you are hiring these movers for your adult children and you can't be there. If I were to receive negative attitude from a mover, I would immediately call Chris and ask for a replacement worker.

Chris was able to fit me in during the peak moving time of the year with a pretty short notice. The two gentlemen showed up on time, took good care of our stuff, and worked tirelessly. They were experienced in packing the POD and utilitzed every inch of the space. They were polite and professional. They took exactly 3 hours to finish the job. I'm very impressed with their skills and speed.

GREAT WORK! Two of the nicest guys showed up and did a wonderful job. These guys saved us so much money, They loaded the truck in a very systematic way that kept our stuff safe and filled every inch of the truck. The guys from Aaron's did not touch a wall or have even one item break in transit. Highly recommend!

The move went great! I called a few days ahead of time and they were available for the upcoming Saturday move. They showed up right on time after picking up the rental truck for us and were very professional. They took care to move our items carefully and everything made it through the move in great shape. I would definitely hire them again.

It went very smoothly. They rented and picked up the 15ft truck at Handy Andy (I paid for the truck separately). Moved 1 BR apartment including sleeper sofa, queen bed, large dining room table and TV cabinet. They were conscientious and professional. I will definitely hire them again for my next move. All told each move took ~ 3hrs with 2 guys - Lonnie and Ronald.

Excellently! Chris, the owner, answered all my questions and was able to schedule the move exactly when I needed it...with just 3 days notice. John and Ben, the moving team, were very professional, courteous, punctual, and extremely efficient and careful with our belongings and buildings out of and into which we moved. I appreciated that John called ahead to give me their ETA as we were their 2nd move of the day. They arrived AND completed the job exactly as scheduled. We could not have asked for an easier and more careful team and company with which to work. We strongly recommend contracting with Aaron Glide Self Movers for your local move. NOTE: Aaron Glide's price is very reasonable, and that may have to do with the fact that the customer has to provide the moving van. We rented a 15' U-haul van for the day which worked out well. Aaron Glide's team drove the van once it was loaded (for which we were grateful). We appreciated the Angie's List discount.

Excellent. Since they were in the area, they came within 10 minutes and were done in about 30 minutes.

Their crew was responsible and efficient. SOOOO careful with our belongings and didn't knick a single wall or piece of furniture. They worked a long, long day for us and we have no complaints.

Great. The movers showed up that morning, on time and were done moving everything out the house in less than three hours. They brought their own protective cloths and wraps for the furniture even though I had some of my own. Some of the pieces were large and heavy, but they moved everything without a scrape or scuffle. Then, they returned, put down protective carpet on the new floor and moved everything back in, in less than their designated time. I was impressed. They even took time to allow me to put pads in the legs of some of the larger pieces before setting them in place.

Excellent. This is a good outfit. I didn't expect to get same day service from an A rated company and was considering looking on Craigslist and jumping into the unkown. But I called and asked the question of a same day unload. Christopher asked the right questions, decided a crew could add to the end of their workday as it was a 2 hour job. They stayed in contact throughout the day, showed up as promised, were professional and polite/friendly, finished the job fast without affecting any of my nieghbors, and it was a good deal to boot. Highest recommendation!

Awesome. They are great communicators, and right on time. They made choices to decrease my expenses without compromising quality. I had some racks-on-wheels to move and they even had big rolls of clear film to wrap around the shelves to keep things from falling off. I have used Aaron Glide Self Mover Svc on 4 different occasions in the past 1.5 years. They did a fantastic job each time. They were professional, fast and they were the best I have seen making everything fit in the storage unit and more recently in my garage. They saved me storage rental expense without a doubt.
