The movers showed up early and kept themselves busy for the scheduled time. They worked efficiently and brought all materials needed to protect our furniture and belongings during the move. They made the process easy and everything was moved undamaged.

Fantastic! Chris was very helpful and accommodating when I called to schedule. Movers Ben and Daniel showed up right on time and were friendly, polite and professional. They moved everything in smoothly and carefully, stopping when I needed to put felt on the bottom of items to protect the floor. They happily adjusted items when I asked like the china hutch and the piano.

3 people showed up right on time. They worked fast and got it done just under the time they estimated. They were very efficient and packed the Pod extremely well. Would definitely hire them again!

Our movers John and Ben arrived on time. They have moved us previously as well. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very careful not to damage any of our belongings. They were pleasant and very easy to work with. They were careful not to damage any doors or walls in the house. We plan to continue using this company for moves in the future as they do a great job. The cost is for 3.5 hours of labor for 2 movers and they also charged a 1/2 hour travel fee.

The team of 4 that came out were on time and extremely professional. This was a move that occurred after being in our home for 13 years, so you know there was a lot of stuff built up, including a large gun safe. The team (Lonnie, Shawn, Ronald, and Will) worked for almost 9 hours with the only break coming during the trips to the new house. The truck was loaded twice and the guys had to move 4 bedrooms from the upstairs of one house to the upstairs of the other. Keep in mind that you are doing the packing and are responsible for damage from improper packaging. That being said, the team moving us was very cautious of all of our items and took great care with loading the truck to ensure nothing would shift while in transit. At no time did these guys ever slow down or act anything other than absolutely professional. I would hire them again anytime I have a need to move.

John and Ronald showed up early (by about 15 minutes) and started right in. They overcame the obstacle of the elevators not being reserved as they were suppose to have been and finished quickly and efficinetly. They were very nice and very professional. It worked great.

We have used Aaron before and had a good experience. This time was nothing like the first. We had everything packed and stacked neatly. They claimed the new how to pack the truck so nothing would get broken so we trusted them. After they packed up the truck I bought them lunch. To my dismay after lunch one of the workers threw his empty cups on the roof of my house. As I am selling this house I had to go on the roof to get it. When we go to the new house and unpacked we realized they had packed way to many boxes on our dining room table and broke both legs. This table was two months old, so it was very unexpected. The leader asked that I not tell there boss, as he would get in trouble. They also broke the latch on our washer so I had to have that fixed. We found several items after unpacking the boxes that were smashed. We were not in a hurry but they definitely were and left a lot of damage in there wake.

These movers were really given a run for their money on moving day. It was a long, tedious, 10 hour day that started out in the pouring rain at a public storage facility and ended with lots of hauling far from the entry door to the condo building on the move in....and a very small passenger elevator.. They worked incredibly hard, never complained, and were very professional throughout the day. They never even stopped for lunch although I told them to. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Elaine was very helpful, I called on a Tuesday and she got us on their schedule for that Thursday. The 2 workers arrived on time and got the 2 heavy pieces moved, they also moved another 2 pieces which although not heavy were quite awkward. They made sure that there were felt pieces on the furniture so the new floors would be protected. If I ever have to move heavy items again I will certainly hire someone - it will save numerous friendships and keep family ties. :)

I used the service when I moved out of the apartment in Lynnwood and they did clean the place very well. I dealt with Carlos and it was a pleasure to work with him. The owners of this business are hard working honest people and I would like to use their service again but unfortunately I moved to out of their service area now. If they can come to Bainbridge Island I would use their service every month.

These guys are excellent. and very efficient movers. My family moved many times and we used many moving companies, so we know when we see a good one. The owner is very good with communicating with us. We had very pleasant experience with them. I will use then again if we have to move.

We did not use them because of the unprofessionalism from the receptionist.

This guy is legit... our container came 2 days early and I was scrambling to find someone to help us. I called in to Angie's List and got connected with Chris and I'm very thankful I did. He got us squared away and responsive when he had to have his crew over a little later than anticipate. I did not mind this one bit because he scheduled us a day or two later. These guys are awesome!

It went great! Chris provided great, explicit detail and the movers were professional and courteous - they even offered to move a heavy dresser up a small flight of stairs that we thought would be impossible (they were willing to try the difficult maneuver without any grumbling). We did have a slight miscommunication about start time that led to a longer move than expected, but Chris kindly refunded half an hour charge.

I had a 26 foot Penske truck, and a ton of furniture and boxes, moving to Minnesota... we were very worried about not being able to fit everything... they packed that truck without an inch of space to spare... there was very little stuff I had to leave behind... fabulous job... I've used them before, and they are quick, reasonably priced, and wrap everything really well.... highly recommended

I called their Eastside number to inquire about cost/service for our upcoming move later this month. The person who answered the call was cranky from the beginning of the call. He immediately asked about our move date and promptly stated they were not available and didn't offer any alternate dates. Due to the positive reviews on Angies List, I called their Seattle office and the same cranky man answered with "you just called me". The remainder of the call was short due to his rudeness. I was disappointed by the experience and can't imagine working with a company that treats potential customers in this manner.

John sent a pleasant email regarding the fact that there is a minimum charge and gave me the companies phone number. I called and Scott answered. He asked when I wanted them and I asked what their availability was and would like them as soon as possible. Scott asked what I wanted to move. When I told him a treadmill and a table saw, he interrupted me to tell me that they don't move those types of things from shops etc. that they only move household goods. (These things are part of my household.) I mentioned that it wasn't made clear in the ad on Angie's List that there was a limitation. He replied in a rude voice that they don't move air craft carriers either and didn't feel it necessary to state that in the ad, and that they weren't in the business to move these types of things. He wanted to continue in a berating tone of voice and I simply said thank you and hung up. Even John's pleasantness cannot make up for Scott's rudeness. Even for half the price John quoted me, I would think twice and would certainly require that I not have to speak to or otherwise interact with Scott.

In the last ten years, Aaron Glide people have moved me several times between Seattle and its suburbs and into and out of storage. The crew has been working together for all of those years and more, and they collaborate very smoothly. They like each other, and they like their work. They are accurate in their planning and extremely efficient in their movements. They work smart and with heart. They know what your stuff means to you and they take care of it as if it were their own. I know I'll be moving at least once more within southwestern Colorado, and I hope I can bring a couple of the Aaron Glide guys out here to do the job. I can't imagine anyone else handling my things. Please note that the figure I gave did not include my cost for renting the U-Haul or the cost of motels and gas on Aaron Glide's trip from Seattle to Colorado. I gave the driver cash up front for the road trip. He returned to me one-third of what we had budgeted along with a full accounting of cash spent. Great company, great people, great work.

It was good. They are very hard workers and they always make sure you are satisfied before they leave.

They were fine. They were very nice and professional. We had a few scratches.

I had gotten several quotes from other moving companies and Aaron Glide was about half the price as the others. I was a little worried that this would effect the quality I was getting, but after reading good reviews on them both on Yelp and Angie's List, I decided to give them a try. We had a 2 bedroom apartment to move. We had it all packed up for them. My landlord had decided it was a good idea to start landscaping without telling us (one of many reasons we moved!) and took up the stones in front of our door so it made the walk way so much harder to get through. This didn't seem to phase the guys (Lonnie and John) we had at all. They did such a phenomenal job! They came in did a quick walk through and got straight to work. They were very professional and made sure to lay down some carpets to walk on. They had a huge flight of stairs to get down and I felt so bad they had to use that, but they didn't complain. When we got to the new place, they unloaded everything. All in all it just under a 5 hour move. They were nice and answered questions if we had them. I was so very happy with their service and they gave me a $50 discount for finding them on Angie's List! I gave them each a tip. They made my move so much easier. I will definitely work with them again on our next move!

Everything went extremely well. Loading, driving, and unloading all took just under 5 hours. The guys that came to help us were kind and careful with our belongings- and it was nice that they were personable and able to make easy conversation with us throughout the day, which lessened typical moving-day stress. The guys packed the Uhaul better than I ever could, and were as careful with our belongings as we would have been. No furniture was damaged, and they were wonderful enough to place everything in the appropriate room, even taking time to make sure everything was placed where we wanted. We even had them deconstruct our bed frame and reconstruct it once we were there- which was a huge help. I would hire this crew again in a heartbeat. Thanks guys!

Residential move. Needed strong backs to load a mobile storage unit. Great communications through the scheduling process. John and Anthony showed up on time and worked continuously until the 16 foot container was loaded and secured. Treated our furniture and boxes with care. These two were "packing masters" and the amount they got into the unit greatly exceeded our expectations. We will have one more smaller unit to pack and will definitely use Aaron Glide Movers again. Hopefully John and Anthony will be available.

The individual moving was not there due to poor planning at her nursing facility. When movers reached Public storage were not allowed access, provider handled this patiently and professionally.
