Description of Work: They were great, and the neatest electricians I have ever used. They put in outlets for two new circuits into plaster walls and no patching was needed. The cleanup after is always the hardest part of hiring electricians or plumbers: this was sooo good. Very pleasant owner and workers. The are A rated on Angie's list (where I found them) and I add an enthusiastic A to the pile.

Description of Work: I've used this company twice now and both have been positive experiences. I had lights replaced in my hallway and in my kitchen, as well as a dimmer switch installed. Both times they were late, but I received a discount because of that. Would certainly use this company again.

Description of Work: Ran new cable for internet, trouble shoot and repair can fixtues, install motion sensor light, install electric box for light fixture in garage. They did a good job. I only put quality at B because the motion sensor light didn't work so I had to reschedule them to come back. It was a fixture mounting issue which was resolved.

 + -1 moreAlex showed up within the 1/2 hour window we agreed to and was very thorough and methodical in his testing, which included a call to the manufacturer. Since his next job was in the same area, he offered to come back and install the new thermostat after he was finished.
Description of Work: Trouble shooting of problem with floor heat where the thermostat didn't respond according to instructions when I tried to program it. Alex performed a number of tests to rule out potential continuity problems with the heating mat and thermostat wire. He determined that the thermostat had a faulty GFI. After I got a replacement thermostat from the supplier (no charge), he installed the new one, and everything worked fine.

 + -1 moreWe were just finishing installing a deck on our home. We also had arranged for delivery of a hot tub on the deck. We were trying to complete installation before leaving on a vacation so our adult children could use it while we were gone. When I called Alex, I indicated a need to have an outlet installed quickly since a hot tub was being delivered in a few days. He was able to re-arrange his schedule to complete his work before delivery of the hot tub. He arrived on time. We discussed the work to be done, including correcting wiring that had been done by previous contractors that was not done to code. He called the City of Seattle for a permit. He provided a written estimate that was very fair. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. An inspector inspected Alex's work which was approved. Alex was competent and professional. He was pleasant, easy to work with and easy to understand. I plan to use him for other electric work. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Alex installed a dedicated covered Electrical outlet for our hot tub on our recently constructed deck. He also corrected some wiring that had been previously done by other contractors that had not been performed to code. After he installed the outlet for the hot tub, our deck contractor installed a bench over the covered outlet. The bench was installed too close to the outlet so the cover could not be opened. When I called Alex, he indicated that he could move the outlet to provide access to the electrical plug. He returned and moved the outlet without an extra charge.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. The service man was very nice and did not make me feel stupid when he found the GFI that had blown and showed me how the outdoor plug worked on a switch for Christmas lights. Issue was easily resolved.
Description of Work: I moved into a new house and some of the outlets did not work. I called my home warranty and they sent me to A & A. I checked them on the list and made an appointment.

What impressed me was that the job was done with meticulous attention to detail, neatly, and that they took the time to communicate, pro-actively discussing how I wanted to set up circuits with future expansion in mind.
