Alex examined the work to be done and provided me with a proposal. The price was reasonable and he had good reviews on Angie's List, so I gave him the job. He was able to do the work only a few days later - it took about 6 hours to complete. Alex arrived fully equipped and completed the work in a very professional manner. When the city inspector discovered a small oversight, Alex returned very quickly and completed the minor work item.

First, Alex called back within about 2 hours when first leaving message a week ago. Alex was then able to schedule a time that same day to stop by, see what needed to be done, and provide me with a written estimate. We then agreed on a date and time to have the work done. Today, he called to say he was running about 10 minutes late. I always take that as a good sign when someone has the courtesy to call to let you know. Once on site, he worked to get everything done as expected/ Was very communicative along the way. I have no hesitation calling him next time we have need for an electrician.

The electrician was polite, efficient and punctual, He didn't have a complicated assignment -the day he worked for me-but he did a nice job installing my new light fixtures,

Alex quickly found the cause of our upstairs dead outlets was a downstairs tripped GFCI outlet. Since the fix was so simple, he didn't want to charge us for his trip. And he went beyond that to verify that the GFCI outlet still functions correctly to make sure that I won't be shocked when reconnecting wires. We are very happy with his honesty and professionalism.

I am a repeat customer. This job was completed over 4 days and Alex made the completion of this project so easy for us. He always showed up on time and/or called if he was delayed. He worked diligently, professionally, and efficiently. He set up to minimize disruption to our life; he cleaned up every day before leaving the house. Great; they finished nearly everything within a day, and there was only a little bit of work left to do the next to look into other circuits upstairs. We will probably get some additional work performed within 6 months and A &A will be on the short-list of companies we consider.

I couldn't get a 3-way fixture to work. After checking with A&A, he let me know up front that troubleshooting was $150/instance, which I thought was high. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes and he did drop the price to $100 (plus tax), which I still think is high, but how can you argue with success?

Alexander was great. Always on time to the minute, made recommendations, easy to work with. He was so quiet I sometimes he forgot he was here. Cleaned up after, did a great job.

Alex was right on time, and did a great job. Fixing my shower light required more than I thought because he had to replace the in-ceiling cannister, which required him to go buy one. After that he quickly did some other small jobs, like instaling an outdoor motion sensor light for the back yard. After the two hours were done, I asked him for an estimate for installing a new outlet on my front deck to help with holiday lights. He gave me an estimate of $150, and I agreed, so he staying and did that as well. Easy to work with and professional. I will use A&A again.

We made several changes to the job he originally bid. He was flexible and fair in getting this additional work done. Alex is a hard worker, knows his business and gets in and out in less time than I expected. HIs rates are very reasonable.

They did a very good job. They were really neat, thorough and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They came back to re-fix a chain in one of them that had lost a link and was hanging. I would recommend them to anybody. I would rate them highly and would call them back for more work.
