Description of Work: A Better Roofing Company replaced our entire roof and a skylight. Their estimator was very professional and answered our questions honestly, providing a great technical explanation of roof life factors to assist us in determining whether to repair or replace our old roof. The work crews were efficient and capable, and cleaned up well when they were done. We are very pleased with our new roof and the job A Better Roofing Company did.

Description of Work: Came out on a day when it was rainy/windy and they weren't working to add more tarping to protect the roof, and one of the guys worked all day in the rain by himself to get it covered. Cleaned up very well and protected landscaping. Also very willing to work with us on getting the right color. We had a lot of rot to take care of and they did a good job on that, even though it took them a lot of extra time. We paid for that, of course, but they were willing to take the necessary time.

Description of Work: Unlike other roofing companies I got estimates from, Scott did not show up and trash the competition, nor did he do what all the others did in terms of "sign right here right now or this great rate disappears." The work was done quickly and while I was away from home while it did, my neighbor told me he watched the roofers work in teams and methodically put on the new roof. He said that if he needed a new roof, he would hire A Better Roofing. As far as price goes, it was slightly higher than the lowest bid from a neighbor, who is not licensed or bonded, and the price was significantly lower than another big company.
