Description of Work: Exceeded my expectations by coming out to fix my leaking skylight the same day I called. Exceptional service from start to finish. And MUCH more knowledgable than the last person who came out to look at our skylights (for a different issue).

Description of Work: I was impressed with the speed my three layers of roof was removed. The crew was neat and completed the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof in two days. I had an issue with the television dish and Better Roofing resolved the problem right away the crew chief came out and took care of the problem. The workers cleaned up the job both days they worked on the roof. I have recommended Better Roofing to co-workers.

Description of Work: They removed old shingles and replaced with new roof. Also installed 7 roof vents and 2 fan vents and new flashing for everything. Arrived on time and crew worked very efficiently to get the job done in one day. Very pleased with service during quote process thru payment process.

Description of Work: A Better Roofing Company replaced our roof over five years ago and the job was done professionally, quickly, and we have been quite satified with their service. In addition, we have had occasion over the last several years to need help with leaking during rainstorms, not because of any issues with the roofing, but because of gutter and architectural design problems. Mike, the owner has come out within hours of our making a "help" call and despite this not being a roofing issue per se, he has suggested and had his staff accomplish creative "fixes" which have worked. Not only is he a bright and honest businessman, he is a very nice person as are all of his staff. We are indebted to him and would recommend this company without reservation

Description of Work: We requested an appointment for an inspection of our roof as it is an older home we purchased two years ago and we are not entirely sure whether we should be planning for a new roof soon or not. We made the request via their website form and received a reply promptly. The estimator came out and let us know our roof is in fine shape still for the foreseeable future and he didn't recommend any action at this time, but was able to give us a ballpark number for planning for the future. We appreciated the honest opinion and zero pressure to sell us what we didn't need. We have filed his card to call in the future when we're ready for a new roof!

Description of Work: The workers worked until late at night despite my wife's protests. They were keeping our infant daughter awake and annoying our neighbors by working noisily until 8 or 9 at night. The job took twice as long as they said. The roof was well installed, but the flashing over the entrance was badly botched and looked terrible. Masonry was damaged in the process of installing the flashing. They initially refused to redo the flashing. After posting a complaint on Angie's List the Flashing was replaced and looks better.

Description of Work: Removed existing 1 layer roofing. New 30 lb felt. New dripedge metal. New plumbing pipe flashing. Eight new can vents. New chimney flashing. New 30 year elk raised profile. New enclosed gutter system. Did roof on 1650 & house 480 detached garage & over hangs. Kept yard clean and removed all debris at end of each day.

Description of Work: Tore off old shingled roof to decking and replaced with 30 year 3 tab laminate with ridge vent system. We called in early December and were scheduled early March.The spring weather was cold, windy and rainy-the resulting roof looks great. The people I dealt with on the phone and on site were helpful and professional.
