After they knocked at the door - they introduced themselves and then asked what I wanted removed. The whole process was very quick and the two guys were very friendly and professional. The price they charged was very reasonable. I will most definitely call 1-800-Got-Junk again should I find more junk in my place that needs to be removed. I am so glad I called them first!

The workers were excellent! They arrived on time, were friendly, unserstanding and helpful. They made sure to double check and clarify what I needed removed, so they wouldn't forget or take anything I wanted to keep. They did their work in a good pace, and handled everything with respect and care. They gave good advice and recommendations on anything I had questions about. I appreciated their personal respect for me and my family! The estimate was accurate and fair, and they made sure I was ok with everything before making a transaction. Very well. Driver called and said that they would be early, if that was ok with us. Not a problem. They were here about 45 minutes early. When they came in we discussed the price, looking at the receipt, I may question it. It looks like they wrote 89.74 then something was written on top of it. We were told the amount would be $97.00 then we we discussed payment he said it would be 104.73??? That's what we wrote the check for. Other than that everything went well. We would probably use them again.

Such smooth service and so friendly and professional. I received a phone call 30 min prior to the start of my window to tell me what time they estimated arriving. They showed up and immediately got started. They show you a price chart. If you have a very very tiny load like mine, the lowest charge was $157! That was high, considering a run to the dump would have been cheaper if I actually had a car to put it in and wanted to spend the time doing so. My load was as long as my Toyota Matrix length and not taller than half of the door height. I got a $10 off.

Excellent. Called to give arrival time. Courteous and professional and fast workers.

They came out and they provided a bid. They cleaned it up and took off. It cost a lot more, it was expensive. The thing is, after doing that I ended up buying a trailer for $400 and doing the work. Getting rid of construction debris and things like that, I just thought a trailer is a lot cheaper and do it myself.

They were polite, courteous, prompt, and they were very efficient.

Horrible!!!!! Wouldn't respond to my request for refund from their services.
