The guys were GREAT, but the company is falsely advertising that they can provide same-day service. They guys had way too many places to work that day, so were very late. Was booked for a start between 2-4, but they couldn’t get there until 7pm. The guys were excellent communicators tho. Next time I’ll go with a smaller local business.

Fantastic! The crew was very communicative about their timing and were efficient. My partner and I were put to shame as the guys had what took us hours to move packed in just about an hour. They saved us a ton of time and stress. Thank you!

The pieces were very heavy but they got them out with some maneuvering. They were also very careful around the other furniture and the walls. Very professional and good sense of humor.

Jamal and Ray were amazing! My couch was unwieldy and apartment was not easy to get to. They were kind, helpful, punctual and fast! They were in and out in 30 minutes. I cannot recommend their services enough.

I neglected to ask for their names, but the two gentlemen that came out were so very polite and prompt in their service, it really was a painless experience. More than worth the cost to not have to worry about all that junk!

They arrived at the scheduled time and promptly removed the debris. They took the time to get all the debris, even the small pieces that could have been missed. They finished more quickly than expected and I was charged a little less than anticipated. Great service!

EXCELLENT!!!! I was very last minute in my planning and they helped enormously. The price is the price and it’s not my favorite. The most important part of this is that the task was accomplished with professionalism and punctuation. I would happily choose got junk again. The two gentlemen who helped were very helpful and accommodating. I was well informed and updated as needed.

They are awesome! This was the second time I’ve used them (really got me out of a jam with a last minute pick up a couple of years ago) and it’s so fast and easy. They are using COVID precautions so if you have a pile of junk around your house, don’t put it off. I’m so glad I called them and will continue to do so in the future.
