Making reservation online: fine. The actual pickup: excellent. Workers were polite, professional, fast. The call center: big screw up. Canceled my appointment when I call to confirm (day of) and to let them know they could come early if they wanted to. They changed my appointment for next day and did not tell. When I called at the end of my scheduled time to see where they were, that's when I found out and at first they would not so anything about it. I had too really get upset at them too get any action. Finally manager of local station called and found a way to work me back in. Don't trust the call center. Manager was the one who did our pick up and he gave us a discount due to the mix up. Will use again, but won't call.

The did what they said they would do: showed up on time, agreed to match a lower price that I got from another company, and took the furniture away. Quick and easy.

Everything that is provided was professional. The workers were on time and did not waste time on the job. Received a reciept at the end of the work. And they were polite and optimistic on through the cleanup. I would definitely recommend them.

The help that Agustine and Bryson gave us was amazing! They worked very quickly and got a huge job done in only two hours. Super friendly too.

The crew showed up right on time, even though Seattle was battling a rare snow event. The truck was quickly loaded up and was on it's way. The process was easy and affordable, so I would certainly use them again.
