Work was done in 3 hours. I had to wait for him for almost 2 hours because he had to buy the heater. Never give me an invoice. Got a handwritten note that heater was provided by customer I didn't check it until later. Called him and was promised to have an invoice sent to me. Until now I have never seen one.

Justin was very personable, explained options and answered all questions and got work done in timely manner.

I had 2 problems that looked like one problem. Chris' got them fixed quickly, professionally, and reasonably. I'm a happy customer.

This company is the best. During a snow storm we called and said our hot water heater wasn't working. Anthony came out the next morning, and was great. He sourced the problem, and showed us what happened. Quick, efficient and friendly. A great plumbing company!

Bait and Switch, Stay Away! I wish I could leave a great review for this company, and that I'd seen the 1-star ratings from virtually all their reviews on Yelp and AngiesList. Every one of those reviews describes our exact experience, leading me to believe this is their standard MO. It's odd that they have such high ratings here on HA; makes me suspect HA is curating these reviews. We did a preinspection before putting our home up for sale. We hired a very reputable company that only does inspections, not repairs. They found a break in our side sewer, at about 4ft depth, and also recommended installing a clean out. We contacted our sewer insurance company NWC, and they sent out their estimator who told us that NWC would pay for the repairs, but not the clean-out, which of course we expected as that isn't covered by our plan. They gave us a quote of $1500 for the clean-out. My husband always likes to get a few quotes, so we turned to HA. Within seconds of our request, Chris called. We were impressed with his responsiveness; in about an hour his workers arrived promptly and gave us an estimate of $880 for everything (repair line and install clean out). This seemed a little low, so I called Chris to make sure there wasn't an error. He said, nope that's what it is, we don't take advantage of our custimers. And so we went with them. Their bid was lower even we insurance, and they could start immediately. They next day, 3 or 4 hours in, they called to say a complication had arisen. Surprise! They claimed the break in the sewer was actually 6 ft, not the 4 ft shownwonntthe inspector's video. And so now the estimate is now $2500, i.wasn'TREE times the original estimate, for digging an extra 2 ft. More importantly, the the hole they dug wasn't even 6ft. My husband, who is 6ft tall, went down into it with a ladder, and from his shoulders up was above ground. They alsontold us our clay line was full of roots and would be shot in a few years. According to them, re-lining wasn't an option and they HIGHLY and earnestly recommeneded that we replace the entire side sewer, to the tune of $25-35k. For a perfectly fine sewer line in a house we're about to sell. Lol!!! Anyway, they had started the job and we just wanted to be done with them,  which I'm sure is what they count on. We managed to negotiate them down to $2200, and a few minutes later, their incredibly rude "office manager" called and demanded immediate payment of $1100. This was a 1 to 2-day job, and there was never a mention of the half down when they provided the estimate or even after they begun the work. Of course we planned to pay upon completion (last thing any seller needs is a lien on the house). She became rude and belligerent, and I told her the company sucked and they could go to hell. I had a super bathtub emergency where the water would simply not drain. They came in short notice with required tools and fixed my issue in 10 mins. I have had other companies come in and just giving big estimates while Anthony from Chris plumbers just fixed in 10 mins. $200 for 1 hour I found expensive but unfortunately wasn’t able to find anyone else doing less than that. I am overall satisfied for the quick drain fix and might consider them for doing a complete bathtub replacement as well.

I would advise you to go with someone else. My experience with this company is that they give you the runaround and their work ethic is unacceptable for the money that i paid.

Called at 10:30am had a new water heater installed at 1:30pm the same day. Great guys who did the work

I got three bids on a job where our sewer line needed to be repaired due to root invasion. Chris' was half the price of the other two bids. Damon, the service tech, came out and, with the help of another man, dug the 4 1/2 foot hole, removed the faulty section of pipe, replaced the dirt and cleaned up the yard in 6 hours. They were polite, professional and completed the job as promised. They even asked if I wanted to take pictures as they progressed, which I did. I would highly recommend this company.

Very friendly, on time, cleaned up after the job was done. They answered all the questions I had before the job and while the job was being done.

They did a very good job. It took longer than I thought, & cost more than I expected but they worked hard.

Fixed all of my drain issues even though it was more involved that originally anticipate. Competent and professional. I will use them again if needed.
