Hired Chris Pluming and paid 3000 for a motor replacement for my septic tank, the work is 2 hours.... but never fixed my alarm. I kept calling them and no response.

Not many companies around like this now a days that genuinely care about their work and not just about how much money they can get from the costumers. Cannot thank you enough.

He did almost a rebuild of the entire system. But most of all, when someone drove over a spot and it caved in, Chris came back and reserviced the area. He did very nice work.

James was great. Not only did he explain what he was doing, he face timed us to show us the job site and the work that was being done. The work was done well and James was professional and available to answer any questions even after hours. He followed through from start to finish and we are very happy with his service. I would use Chrisâ  s Plumbing again and highly recommend them. Itâ  s not often you find businesses that still exist like this. Thanks again James.

Efficient

I had risers put on my septic tank and that went well but when it came time to pump the tank I was told that the estimated price of $475 was going to be $650. I had already gotten another bid for $475 and it included reporting to Pierce County so I went with the other company.

Chris' Plumbing did a good job. They were on time. They explained what they were doing and why. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was as agreed with no upselling. I would hire them again.

They arrived at the appointed time. Provided advice on maintaining the system and left the site in good condition

Called Chris over a weekend with a main water leak. He showed up Monday AM, was the first to make a quote, got his crew in asap and also helped with a drain filed issue no one else would touch. I will be telling my neighbors. THANKS!

Chris Plumbing at 253-XXXXThey were unorganized and highly overpriced- every extra thing was $300-they are favorite number.They trenched up our front yard and were going to leave the whole open- wanted to charge us $300 for OSB board to cover it.Total liability for us!!!The pipe replacement was done and passed Tacoma city inspection.When refilling the trench they did it unevenly and there was a gap under our sidewalk that was over 4 feet deep-no dirt!!My son had to call them 3 times before they came out and fixed the problem.They also busted up the sprinkler system and were reluctant to repair it.I would not recommend them to anyone.
