I am furious with this company. They sent smeone out for a "free" estimate The guy dug, used his camera,repeatedly called Chris Chris estimated $3,000 to repair it. The person who was in direct contact with the repairman used to be a plumber and stated that there were all kinds of red flags with the whole thing. Called someone else/ problem was solved for less then $400.00! I contacted Chris and told him that I felt that there had been a definite attempt made to rip me off. He denied it and apologized. Still made sure to charge me over $300 for the free estimate though.

Wonderful service. Chris is a very stand up and professional guy. He will come out anytime, explain the situation, and tell you everything you need to know. When he came out we definitely felt like his goal was to help us resolve our situation, not just make a quick buck.

New Septic Field: Did what he said he would do for the price he quoted in the time period he said he would do it. Good followup, good communication, explained things well, cleaned up appropriately, fixed one unexpected problem quickly without charge, hired good workers.

Chris was quick to respond and reasonably priced. Do not be put off by his low quotes; he does really good work gives and exceptional customer service. He is honest and straight forward.

I got immediate attention. Chris gave a fair and reasonable bid. He did the job in a timely manner. I will use him again if I need plumbing work.
