Description of Work: I have previously filled out a report. They are/ wonderful.

Description of Work: We had the home packed up and ready to go. Their crew called before arriving and showed up a few minutes early to get started. Everything was moved out of the house efficiently and plenty of blankets and padding was available to protect the furniture and display cabinets that we had. | |At the new house, delivery went smoothly. All of the crew was polite and professional. Furniture and boxes were put into the home where we needed and arrived undamaged as expected. | |Overall, our move took less time than expected, about 6 hours total including an hour for travel.

Description of Work: We've used Big Al's two different times and are very pleased with their service! They were cheerful, efficient, and careful with our belongings. Even when we changed our mind where something would go, there was no complaining or frustration. When we were stumped at one point as to the place for a piece of furniture, one of the men volunteered a great suggestion. Really are VERY pleased with Big Al's moving.

Description of Work: Household move including a baby grand piano. Went extremely well, and placed everything in the new home as we wanted. Very professional and |moved all items without any damage.

Description of Work: They moved a baby grand piano from one residence to another about an hour away. They were quick, very pleasant, and very professional.

Description of Work: They chatted in Samoan while around me. They were so slow I had to pay more than I had budgeted. The only time they worked with purpose was after I told them they were freaking me out with how long they were taking and the reason I had to move in the first place was for financial reasons and I had only budgeted for four hours and they took 6 and a half!! I finally just had them empty the truck and put things where ever and I would deal with it later. My neighbors used Super friends a out a month before I moved and with a bigger place and two of them they were moved in less time and for under 1000$ plus they damaged my French china cabinet and still have not paid for repairs or returned my calls. I hesitated to do this review because I was hoping to have these issues addressed by the company. I used them because a friend recommended them but I would never recommend them unless you don't have any financial concerns or time restraints and are okay having you things damaged.

Description of Work: Al's moved my piano from Vancouver, WA to Portland. They handled it with efficiency and care, including about seven steps. They were very careful of newly finished hardwood floors. I was very pleased.
