Howard arrived on time and was understanding that I was a little late, as this home had just closed a day earlier and I was busy with so many details. Howard is a carpet specialist. He advised me on carpet replacement, wear issues and so many other details. He even steered me to a reputable carpet installer and advised me on the benefits of nylon over recycled carpet materials. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, not to mention his carpet cleaning skills. The carpets turned out great!!

Our two year old carpets needed cleaning so I contacted Royal Carpet Care (Howard Burch) after researching some on-line reviews that included Angie's List. I thoroughly agree with the excellent reviews that I found. Howard was dedicated, professional, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He meticulously cleaned all of our carpeting and removed a couple of nasty stains along the way. He freely gave cleaning tips and advice but I especially appreciated that, when I asked about carpet cleaning frequencies (citing some that I had read on-line that were in the every 2 to 6 months range), he suggested it would be more appropriate to look at the frequencies recommended by the carpet manufacturers rather than by the carpet cleaners. In our case, the carpet manufacturers suggest an annual cleaning. Howard said that with only my wife and I now living at home, a year to 18 months would be just fine. This honest attitude makes a refreshing contrast to the more typical "make the quick buck", "do unto others before they do unto you" type of philosophy. Howard appears to be a type of business man we don't see often these days, one that believes the best way to be successful is to provide a quality service for a fair price because the customers will come back and they will tell others.

If you want your carport to look FANTASTIC - Royal Carpet Care is the company you want. Howard has cleaned our carpets for several years and he's the best. I have 7 kids and so my house has more traffic through it than the average house, and therefore more dirt. And last week my carpet looked horrible. I actually thought I would have to have my living room carpet replaced. But I called Howard and he made it look new again! Professional, knowledgeable and super friendly - I highly recommend Royal Carpet Care.

The initial "steam cleaning" addressed the issues in the hall, and the surface of the bedroom carpet. Howard returned at our request (and no extra charge) to inject solution into the problem areas in the bedroom, where the carpet padding was the likely source of the persistant odor. Things are greatly improved, but we may still have to replace the bedroom carpet (or at least the padding). (There's only so much carpet cleaning can do!) We feel like Howard definitely gave it his best shot.

Nice fellow, did an excellent job, met my standard of "knowing how to solve things I didn't." Very punctual, seemed glad to be here. Left me with a very informational fold-out with precautions and carpet care hints, plus a couple pair of slip-overs for shoes so that we could walk on the slightly damp carpet. Carpet looks brand new. Howard would eat the competition's lunch in any home service profession he chose, because most contractors are fairly lackadaisical, their knowledge is overrated and they just want to get in and out in the easiest way possible. Howard was more concerned with doing a thorough, high quality job, and that's what I got. I'm not sure how anyone could arrange to be dissatisfied. Worth every penny.

Great service. Prompt friendly & cleaned carpets well & cleaned up after him self.

It went great. The carpet is light colored and it was very dirty. After they cleaned the carpet, it looked like new. I always call Mr. Howard, from Royal Carpet Care, for any flooring queries including which flooring to purchase.

Howard was easy to reach. Promptly scheduled a convenient appointment time. Arrived on time, did a fabulous job. Left my home neat and clean. Very courteous and professional.

Howard Burch, owner of Royal Carpet Care, came to give me an estimate the day I called. He agreed to do the cleaning the next day. He arrived on time for both the estimate and the actual service call. He pre-treated a stain that was 2 days old and then cleaned the carpets. He advised that if the stain re-appeared in the next few days to a week to call him and he would re-treat it at no charge. The 10 year old carpets look great except for the wear patterns - only replacement will resolve that problem. The water extraction was better than previous contractors have done.
