The business owner of this carpet care company came over and gave me a reasonable price for his services, and we set up a date and time for the carpet cleaning. This was arranged for before Thanksgiving when I needed clean carpets before my family from out of state visited for the holidays. The owner cleaned the old carpets in my condo to the best of his ability, and the carpets turned out actually better than I thought they would! He took the time to explain why certain walkway areas didn't get "clean" -- those areas were cleaned but were really worn out after years of use. The owner was pleasant, efficient, and serious, but also friendly and willing to answer all my questions about carpet care. I would highly recommend Royal Carpet Care to anyone for carpet cleaning services!

The work was done professionally with an eye to detail. This was the first time we had carpets cleaned with no follow-up issues by this provider. Cost of service was agreed on prior to cleaning. The price was reasonable, showed up at time stated, done efficiently. Very little moisture was left in the carpet and was completely dry in the stated time. If it wasn't dry the person said give a call to come back, we did not have to. Long term pet stains were treated and removed with no issues. Professional's equipment was clean, organized, and in good condition.

He has come out and removed stains for me before, and he is very professional. The furniture that I could not move, he put them on Styrofoam blocks. He did a great job. Its the owner and his wife, she is the business end, and he comes out and does the work. I didn't do any shopping around, so I don't have any comparison in price. I think I rather not. I have used him before, and I will use him again.

He questioned me what I had done to get the spot bigger and bigger. He treated it, and it may not get it all out. If it doesn't, he will come back out again. Which he was right about that. He came back out again, and got it resolved. I think it was a little bit left, but I don't think anybody could have done any better. He charged me his minimal call, which is $90. I don't think you should do it for less. He came out right away.

I feel work went well. He arrived on time, vacuumed carpet before steam cleaning. Carpet was damp for several hours afterward, but that was to be expected.

Howard did a wonderful job! He responded immediately and professionally. Our living room furniture looks amazing!!! Highly recommend him!

He came and gave me a quote for the work, came a week later and did the work efficiently. Howard was pleasant to work with and have in my home.

The service was good. One guy came out and took him about an hour to clean it. I would say that he was prompt, cared about the job to be done and did a great job.

I was very impressed with Mr. Burch - he was right on time, professional but friendly also. Howard took measurements of all rooms to be cleaned and explained in detail how and what he would be doing. I will say this carpet cleaning job was the best we have ever had. The carpets looked really cleaned for a change! Would we call him again? You bet!

Howard Burch, owner of Royal Carpet Care, arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. He toured the house to see what areas we wanted him to clean. After measuring the areas to be cleaned Mr Burch gave us a written bid for the work to be done. To begin the cleaning process he vacuumed all areas to be cleaned. Next he thoroughly sprayed all areas with a cleaning solution. After this he used hot water extraction to remove all dirt, spots, and cleaning solution. Mr Burch even moved the furniture in the living room and dining room. After the cleaning was completed he placed styrofoam blocks beneath the furniture legs to protect them from the wet carpet. He wore clean booties over his shoes while inside the house and left some for my wife and me to use until the carpet was completely dry. Before leaving Mr Burch gave us a Carpet Care Guide and file folder for cleaning receipts. Mr Burch is very friendly, professional, and does excellent work for a reasonable price. I will continue to use him to clean my carpet, and will recommend him to others as well. A few days after cleaning our carpet Mr Burch sent us a card thanking us for our business. Very professional!

He cleaned the rug, came when he said he would. Cleaned up his things and was gone. Very nice man!
