I can honestly say that this is by far the best experience we have ever had with getting our carpets cleaned. In the past I have always used the Chem Dry, fast drying type of cleaners. Royal Carpet Cleaning is well worth the money. From my first contact with Howard he was prompt, efficient and delivered on what he said he would do. My carpets look amazing and I had none of that wicking that I had in the past with spots surfacing again. I left Howard at the house to clean my carpets and about an hour after I had left I realized that I hadn't asked him to do the step into the garage and the walk in closet in the master bedroom. I sent him a text, no problem, got it done and didn't charge me anymore. The carpets dried quickly and I love the booties that he left so that you could walk on your carpet. So glad I found Royal Carpet Cleaning. I will be using them from now on when I need my carpets cleaned.

Howard was right on time. I showed him what I needed cleaned and he got right to work.I had extra tough stains so he pretreated them. He was very nice and did a great job.I had him back in May to do a living room/dining area and 4 chairs He was right on time again.I will have him come back in September to do the first area again and a bedroom, as after summer its ready for a good cleaning again. I have my carpets done summer and fall.There twenty years old and look like new.

Royal Carpet Care was prompt, professional, and was able to provide me with insight on why previous cleaning attempts had been unsuccessful. He was extremely thorough in his approach on cleaning my carpets. I was very happy with the results when he was done. Stains that had been impossible to remove, were finally gone. Even after almost a year, those stains are still gone. I had him return a few months later to clean a sofa and was also very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company.

Shampooed front room carpeting and three pieces of furniture. All went well, and the results were great, I wasn't sure he would be able to get all the stains out.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning. The carpet had very dirty high traffic areas in the entryway, in front of sofa, entryway into bedroom and around the dining table and all cleaned up beautifully. I will definitly call Royal Carpet Care again.

The called Howard the owner of the company to come and give me an estimate on cleaning my carpets. He arrived the appointed time two days later. He was thorough in his measurements of the carpet for the estimate...which I appreciated. I had a few questions about my current carpet and it's quality. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some good ideas about future carpet purchases. He seemed like he had all day to answer my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge about carpets and the different types of cleaning available and the better ones recommended for certain carpets. He then returned to clean the carpets at the agreed upon time and was again very thoroughly in his cleaning. The carpets looked great after he used his special method of cleaning. I was impressed!

Mr. Burch was on time, he was thorough, and he gave us some very good advice about keeping our carpet looking good.

The cleaning was done in a professional manner in a reasonable time frame at quoted price. He returned to do some more thorough touch up on areas of pet urine smell noticed after cleaning. There was no extra charge for the return visit.

The mattress/box springs for my two beds had been handled by two separate moving companies, had spent months in a storage unit, and had spent two weeks in a moving van. I hired Howard at Royal Carpet Care to clean and sanitize them prior to set up in my new house. I chose Howard to do this job because, based upon my earlier experience with him cleaning my carpet, I believed he would do a good job. I did not get bids from other providers. The price I paid was his minimum charge; presumably I would have paid less if the mattresses had been cleaned at the same time as the carpet. A hot-water extraction process was used. The detergent was a product that Howard ordered after consulting an expert at his home office. I was provided with sufficient literature on the sanitation product that was used. Although I could not see a noticeable visual difference between each mattress before and after cleaning, knowing that they had been sanitized provided me with peace of mind.

He took stains out of our upholstery that I thought was impossible because I tried! At one point I noted 5 different bottles to attack different stains. He asked me several times if I knew how the stain accoured sometimes I could others I couldn't, but then he would run out to his truck coming back with another bottle that took care of the problem. Very happy we have very old upholstery one being a chair passed down from my husband's grandpa which is very special.

I am new to town and, based solely on the reviews on Angie's List, I hired Royal Carpet Care to clean the carpeting in a house that I just bought. When I set up the appointment, Howard (the owner) told me that applying ice cubes to the carpeting prior to his cleaning would alleviate many of the carpet indentations left by the previous owner's furniture. I attribute this "trick" in part to the good outcome of his cleaning. On cleaning day, Howard showed up with a trailer full of cleaning equipment. The carpeting, after cleaning, looks much better and I am pleased with the outcome. Howard even left a pair of plastic booties to use if I needed to walk on the carpeting before it was totally dry.

Could not find any fault in his work and professionalism. It just cost quite a bit more than I am accustomed to paying in a larger market.

Called phone number to get info - answered right away - offered to come by later that day to answer questions and give estimate - showed up on time - measured rooms for square footage - asked about previous cleaning methods and how often - explained cleaning process he uses - made realistic analysis of how clean carpets will be and why he gave that analysis - used shoe covers as he walked about house - showed up when he said - worked thoroughly (speed not the focus) - moved major furniture pieces (we moved smaller items out of way prior to his arrival) - carpet was definitely cleaner afterwards - as expected, carpet took about 8 hours to dry - he left us with shoe covers to wear while carpet was drying - very professional, pleasant to talk to - will recommend him to others

Howard systematically began to work from one area to the next. First, he carefully vacuumed every square inch of carpet in our house. Then room by room, he pretreated the carpet and then did the steam cleaning. A few hours later, Howard was finished with the cleaning. Everything that needed foam protectors while the carpets were drying had foam protectors. He finished the job by raking out the pile in each area so that the finished job looked better than the day the carpet was installed. He then put caution notices on the tile floor in front of each area, which was helpful because we had other contractors coming in and out of the house later in the day. Howard is meticulous, and when it comes to cleaning carpets, having someone care enough to do his best is a big plus. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a carpet cleaning service.
