They called me back the next afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The serviceman arrived on time, tested the door, did some adjustments, lubricated it and showed me how to maintain it. He spent quite a bit of time checking everything thoroughly before he left. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend the company, from my experience. I would definitely us them again - just hope I don't have to!

Description of Work: A spring broke on my garage door. I called on a Wed, they scheduled to come on Friday, called back to see if they could come Thanksgiving morning instead. Speedy service & quickly replaced springs.

So I called Richardson Garage Doors to have it checked and balanced. |They scheduled a time and called ahead and came when they said. Checked the door, lubricated and tightened hinges, adjusted the door so the old garage door opener wouldn't have to work as hard and could last longer. Presented me with a full report (verbal & on paper) on the condition of the door, the spring, and the garage door opener. That is exactly what I needed to know and |what I needed at this time. I didn't have to replace anything at this time.

Description of Work: They delivered our new garage door and installed it. We've had only one problem with it since we received it and they took care of it. (But this was quite a few years ago -- l0? or so. The door has held up well.

Instead of responding to help me out, their staff did a "drive by" a few days after I called and said I needed a new garage door. Luckily, I had contacted Marcia at Overhead Door Co. of Tri-Cities (509)946-3667. She sent out a tech immediately who was able to fix the door so it would work for $100.00. Two years later I called Overhead Door to replace the door because of their prompt and considerate service.

The actual cost was a little lower than estimate which included installation, part, servicing the unit and performing diagnostics.The opener is presently operating without any repeat problems at this time.
