I found Delta on Angie's list. Their ratings were all A's and they had the most rate customer feedback. I needed the work done quickly to stay ahead of the electrician. They were able to work me into to the schedule and get the work done in a timely fashion for a fair price. The communication with the staff was excellent.

The experience went really well from diagnosis to replacement. The technician had a replacement motor in his truck, so the repair was quick. He also didn't try to talk me into buying a whole new heat pump.

This was difficult job and they did a great work.

Installer set up time to do work and arrived promptly. By end of the day, new heat pump was installed and working. I was pleased to see that new unit was using auxiliary heating coils far less than old unit. During summer, unit ran less time than old unit and kept home cooler. Delta check up on operation a month or so later to ensure unit was operating well.

Glenn, his staff and crew have been very professional in the work and customer service. Great company, great service, and great pricing. Highly recommended.

Heat stopped working 10/25/11 evening. Called Delta (closed) who provided an "on-call" technician number. Eric called me back, told him it wasn't an emergency, he suggested closing all doors and draperies and turning off fan, and I should be okay. I called the office and left my number. Bless their hearts, the office called before they were even even officially open and asked how they could help. They sent Derrick out for an early afternoon appointment, but he called about 11;30, because he was running AHEAD of schedule and I met him about 10 minutes later. He fixed the furnace. He was professional and courteous, and I would definitely recommend this company, and I will use them again.

Awesome service. The repair man was there the day after I called. Professional and ready to repair. Definitely would recommend them. 3 hour job so not much to tell. He showed up on time. He did the work as needed. He checked his work and ensured the correct operation of the system. And he billed as quoted.

Entire process went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would, were friendly, polite, and returned calls promptly. They coordinated everything including the Benton PUD rebate which was a nice plus. Overall, couldn't have been more pleased with their service.

Outstanding work! The owner, Glenn, came over to check out our dead A/C system and gave us estimates for various options to fix . Glenn listened very well and came up with a practical and very affordable plan. I was leaning towards replacing the unit, but based on our circumstances, Glenn suggested fixing this unit for about 1/10 the cost. Glenn also suggested having his tech check the furnace while he had the unit apart. Their office called within a couple of hours of his leaving to set up a date for the repair. Derek, the tech, showed up exactly on time for that appointment. (How often does that happen?). The problem turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated, (it is a fairly old unit), but Derek took the time to go find the proper part, install it, cleaned a very dirty heat exchange unit, and made sure the A/C was working properly. Then he checked the furnace and the heating coils and fixed a connection to one of the heating coils. Even with the extra time and an extra part, Derek kept the cost within Glenn's estimate. The unit has been working like a champ for a couple of weeks now. I wish every repair experience would go as smoothly and professionally. Will definitely be recommending them.

It went fine which is what I've experienced with Delta Heating and Cooling for over 3 years. Eric told me he was not on call for nights this week but if I had a problem to have the on-call tech call Eric and he would respond. I had the same total customer satisfaction by the former tech that Eric replaced. I believe the company philosophy results in any of the techs providing that type of service.

Very friendly, both office and field, prompt (scheduled for the next day, and showed up during the first part of the time range given on the phone), and efficient. The technician explained the system and what he had done both verbally and in writing - both in plain, easy to understand terms. Very pleased! (of course it helps!!!! that the systems checked out and nothing was wrong!!!!)

The service man was very knowledgeable and I appreciated him answering all of my questions. The service was great and they put my mind at ease as I was sure my unit was on the outs and I would have to replace it, turns out just a quick fix and they were on their way.

I called Delta after doing a little research - asked friends, coworkers and neighbors and checked angieslist. Delta got the best reviews. Eric showed up within a couple of hours of my call. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked. He told me that he could'nt find anything wrong and just replaced a couple of wire nuts. The a/c starting working! Eric told me that I should consider Delta's yearly preventative maintenance plan and charged me $129.95 for the spring and fall maintenance program. I really expected that the house call alone would cost me $200.00. Delta has been a pleasant surprise.

I needed a new heat pump and air handler recently after having trouble with mine for the past couple of years. Campbell and Co. was maintenancing my system and stuff kept breaking down despite costly repairs. I had 5 local companies come out and give me quotes for replacing my system. Glenn, the owner of Delta, came to my place himself to assess my heating and cooling needs. He was down to earth and straightforward. I liked that he didn't pressure me or try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I really didn't need! His quote was significantly less than the other companies and I also got the best vibe off of him. His quote also included options like a 10 year parts AND labor warranty as well as new lines and a new thermostat. He and his crew replaced my system on a Friday, no muss and no fuss, and I have been very happy with my new heat pump and air handler so far!! :) I am now using Delta for my maintenance and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and/or cooling!

My call was returned right away and Eric was right around my neighborhood. After I talked to him on the phone, he showed up less than 10 minutes later. Within 15 minutes, my air was up and running and I was back to eating my breakfast! I called over to Bob Rhodes earlier this morning and they couldn't come out until Tuesday, and a call over to Dayco would cost $150 just to come take a look later this afternoon. Delta came out for $99 (this is the overtime rate) and replaced the capacitor for $120. This was such a smooth and easy experience - thanks to Eric and Delta for quick and professional service!
