"Seemed ok at first but then chose to come talk to my husband when he thought I could not make it to appointment. After over 6 months the project never got started. I had funding in 2 weeks so that was not the problem. Might do a good job if he ever gets started, but only if he's dealing with men. I'll never know. We gave up and moved on. I need my project done, not just talked about."

"Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

Eric was very professional and didn't bad mouth the other contractor's work or pick it apart. He understood the job at hand better than the other "contractor" and had the patience to deal with a mess someone else left behind. I will be calling Eric to work on ALL my rentals from now on!"

At KTS Construction Services, LLC, our excavation crew does much more than haul dirt around. Some responsibilities include; site preparation, grading, trenching and many other soil-related tasks. In a typical residential construction project, the excavation crew shows up after the surveying crew determines the house and lot boundaries. The contractor removes the soil to the depth required for the new foundation and ensures that the soil is firm through compaction tests and compaction with equipment, if necessary. The dig requirements are precise, so our crew is able to use a level and transit to match the grade posted by the surveying crew.
